Avery Dania Pointe Apartments

Honestamente había pensado mucho en mudarme aquí después de leer algunos de los reviews pero por conveniencia a lo cerca de mi trabajo decidí mudarme. La propiedad es bella,están remodelando los jardines y son preciosos, la limpieza es impactante en cada una de las diferentes áreas, es servicio al cliente es fabuloso y todo está tan cerca que puedes caminar a los restaurantes, bares, supermercados. Yo lo recomiendo si quieren vivir en un lugar tranquilo y limpio, gracias por toda la ayuda a la nueva administración

If I could give A dry Dania Point -10 stars I would. Absolutely the WORST “luxury “ experience ever since moving here 2 years ago. Management must suffer from PTSD because when approached a defensive attitude is displayed. The property is a complete and utter unmitigated disaster and hazard. Filth, mold, trash, and pungent odors permeate the property. Safety and security isn’t just an afterthought; it’s nonexistent. The cost of “luxury” is an insult to the decency of hard working professionals. Carpe diem.

There is mold in the walls of the apartment. Most of the amenities listed you have to pay for. The parking garage is not owned by the building but if you have more than one car you have to pay the apartment extra rent money. The garage has had multiple break ins and theft. Two motorcycles were stolen in less than two months. Management wouldn’t even show the owners the video of the theft. Also lied to residents that asked if this theft happened and told them no. Property is not secured multiple doors are broken to enter the property and random people have been caught on ring cameras coming in and trying to open peoples doors. Hallways are dirty and neighbors are inconsiderate and loud. This place is a joke.

Don't waste your time coming to this place they will take your money and give you zero service for it. Way overprice

Not worth the price. Carpets in hallways are constantly dirty. Management does not take care of broken things around the property. If you have a problem in your apartment, expect to have to harass management for weeks to months before they will fix the problem. They never answer the phone and go home before they say the office closes almost every day. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. You have been warned.

I moved from CA and I found Avery Dania Pointe which offers enough not to get homesick. Perfect amenities and surroundings; very clean and neat lately. I have enough time to plan my adventurous in the state of Florida…

It’s like living in the city where everything is within your reach, but still having calmness of suburban life AND every day vacation retreat - best of all worlds! Area: Great location. Restaurants, bars, comedy club, bowling, beauty salons, new MOVIE THEATER, grocery store and all you need is right on the plaza and no need to take the car :) Minutes from FLL airport and i95 and only 25 min from Miami International. Building: well kept (thanks to the new management of Avery and consistent progress is made every day). Nothing is ever perfect anywhere and living in a shared space (building) there will always be people that are unfortunate and don’t know how to respect others around them (I mean leaving trash by the door or not cleaning up after their pets). Fortunately, office staff (and security) walk through the building several times a day and take care of any issues. This building is like it’s own “city” )) My uncle lives in high end luxury building in Fort Lauderdale, paying almost double, and they do not even have hot tub! - we do! And after working out in our own private, fully equipped gym, hot tub is a must! There were several months when hot tub was not working due to broken part that had been on back order due to Covid situation and shortage of supply but that has now been fixed ?? Other amenities include private office for those that work from home, big club house (nicely designed!) with living room setting oversized TV. Pool table and poker table room as well as penthouse like outside party space. Pet friendly building (cats, dogs.. as long as you can prove your 4-legged (or flying creature) family member is up to date with proper vaccines, which I think is fair). Building management: Exceptional! Margarita and her assistant manager are always very attentive and responsive (and I mean lighting FAST responsive). It means a lot to live in a place you rent and yet you feel “home” because there is always someone that will immediately respond and care for any issue that may come up. And it has everything to do with organizational skills of property management team and their drive to make Avery Pointe the place to be! I don’t know everyone behind the scenes that make this place the best to live in, but Margarita and Stephen have done exceptional job thus far for me and my family! So grateful!

Not big on writing reviews but I feel it is important for potential residents to consider all opinions of those that have live here. I have been a resident of Avery Dania Pointe since December of 2020. From day one, with Chrissy as a manager and Margarita, as an assistant manager, I have had only positive experience. One must understand that this is a residential building. It is not a single house and not all neighbors will be polite, genuine, neat and honest. Since Margarita has taken over as the property manager earlier this year, we have had many additional measures that she and her team have implemented to keep the building in good shape and make the experience of living in Avery Dania Pointe pleasurable. I work from home and see the amount of hard work building management puts into this property. I have lived here long enough to see some miserable people that would blame rainy day on the management of the property and this is unacceptable. My experience here and neighbors I know has been amazing. Office staff is always responsive and goes above and beyond to help residents and make their living here comfortable. Utmost care for the property that Margarita, Stephen and rest of their staff is providing on daily basis is reason enough to live at Avery Dania Pointe.

This is a beautiful and new Building Avery Dania Point. If you do not know where it is. It is literally next to I-95. The administration of the leasing office and the staff are impressive. They work with you and stay in communication with you, allowing you to step by step what happens with your request and are very friendly and professional. I would like to mention Margarita and her staff, are they so incredible? This building is a luxury life and is located right in the new shopping center with everything you can imagine within reach of your hand. Including a new bowling alley and theater cinemas many stores where to buy and eat. The building is very safe with a covered garage and the best part if your FOB is your cell phone. Surely 24 hours. Thank you for your time showing me the units without rushing and actually making us feel that you care and daisy the manager thank you for your professionalism and your excellent communication skills This is a beautiful and new Building Avery Dania Point. Crazy amounts of trash all in the hallways, they never clean the hallways floors. Property manager don’t care enough about property

I love my large balcony and closet space. There is a large area to safely walk at all hours of the day or night. I do feel safe here. I love the parking garage. The residents are friendly and helpful. Now the bad things. 1 drawer in kitchen. Ceiling fan in living room is not centered. No toilet paper holder in 2nd bathroom and never fixed. No towel bars NEAR the shower. Since moving in, my great balcony view has been blocked by 10% and soon will be blocked completely and the rent increased by 25%. Pet owners let their pets urinate and poop in hallways. stairways and in the parking garage without cleaning it up. Lots of trash in parking garage. Lately, the elevators have been working but many times they have been under repair. The jacuzzi has been out of commission for approx 4 months. The pool furniture is badly stained. I've been told for 12 months that the theater room would be opened soon, but still not opened as yet. I was told that once a month there would be a resident activity. That's happened 3 times in 15 months. I tried to get some screens for my windows and sliding glass doors approved. I was told to buy them and then see if they would be approved. I couldn't get any specifications for them before purchasing them. Even saying all that, if the rent stayed the same or raised only 5% or so, I probably would have stayed.

Dog poop all over. Loud inconsiderate degenerates living there. Paper thin walls

It's just the best I have no problems I never been in a apartment this good best apartment!!!

I normally don't write reviews i was raised that If I didn't have anything good 2 say then keep quiet but I can't stand by & watch... It's 1 thing for sales people 2 hide the bad & u find out l8r but that's the beauty of reviews. Here u can hear/ see/ read the whole pic &make an informed decision based on more fact than fiction 1-- yes that thing hanging down i saw in 2 places in the garage so hopefully they fix it soon. That's disturbing in a new structure. At the very least it allows bunch of rain 2 drip thru which if its over your car would be bad but may over time be a bigger concern 2 -- Ican say that when I dropped my friend off at the front I saw the latch thing not work & witnessed other inhabitants try unsuccessfully 2 use their "key" (phones). 3-- so I started dropping my friend off in the garage which s when I had 2 drive around those 2 hangey things. But what if you don't have time to drive around or if you took an uber to have to walk all the way around the block in the Pouring rain or dark to get to the garage...is Loco. Yeh so I wish I could say something good but for that kind of price -- things like a way to buzz in your visitors or a doorman should've bn in place &working from Day 1(2 or 3). Definitely shouldn't still be having problems w people gaining access/ entry to their own bldg. There r couple other things in the few times we came in but I can't remember them right now

This is such a beautiful and brand new building Avery Dania Point. If you don't know where that is. It's literally off the I-95 where the wooden roller coster was. We all know the wooden roller coster lol. The leasing office management and staff are awesome. They work with you and stay in communication with you letting you step by step with whats going on with your application and are very nice and professional. They have a beautiful 2 story building snd a stunning movie theater. I would like to shout out Alex and Chrissy they are so awesome ?? This building is luxury living and is located right in the new shopping strip mall with everything you can imagine at your door step. including a new bowling alley that is not even open yet. The building is very secure with a covered garage and the coolest part if your FOB is your cell phone. with 24 hour security. I am so excited that I moved here to Avery Dania Pointe, the location is perfect with close proximity to Interstate 95, Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Seminole Hard Rock, and Dania Beach which are only a few mins away. The apartments and amenities are hands down and the best I've seen and experienced compared to other luxury apartments. The staff members Derek and Chrissy are very professional and helpful with answering any questions and getting me moved-in. One of my favorite amenities is the pool area with the cabanas and the three-story club house which include the gym, party room and rooftop terrace adds more of an active and fun lifestyle while residing here. My weekends will soon be filled with things to do, like shopping, dining and attending upcoming entertainment venues which are just a few steps from me.
