Property Ratings at Avery Oaks
This is the worst management company and experience I have ever encountered. Management onsite and regional are non-responsive and you have to hassle them. I have asked for corporates information only to be ignored several times. At move in, I didn’t get any information about gate codes or have wifi information. I work from home and couldn’t work because they didn’t set me up correctly in the system. Do not rent from Cushman and Wakefield properties.

I have been renting for over 10 years and this is by far the worst apartment I have every had. So unsafe. Management is horrible and charged you for issues that the apt had when you moved in. Also never kept the community up to date on safety issues. Amenities are always unclean.

Paying rent on time still somehow features late fees. When trying to communicate in office or over the phone no one is there or available. Only one trash compactor in the entire complex and it fills up to the brim and around and stenches. NO HANDICAP VISITOR PARKING. Only handicap spots available are residents only and if a handicap visitor parks in one they will get towed. No regular pest control. No regular air filter change out. I literally had to file a maintenance request to get it changed. 6 months later it had no been changed by them. The building itself is poorly built. We are the first tenants. Only lived here for about a year and the corners of walls are cracking. Insulation around shower handles are cracking Baseboards are also cracking. Cabinets are unevenly built. One of my cabinets in the kitchen literally scratches against the ceiling and theres a mark.
