Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at Siena Apartments
My overall experience with Siena Apartments has been amazing!!! Alana was my agent and she is not only sweet, informative, patient and very kind but also made my decision to move here an affirmative YES!! She treated me like family and understood my needs being a single mom and a hard working one at that! She followed up and took her time with me . Siena is a place I’ve wanted to live in since moving here almost 8 years ago from Jersey and I still wake up every day grateful to finally be a resident here !!!
Sucks, nasty, trashy, poor clientele. Need I say more.
Poor communication, no empathy from head manager, appliances did not work upon arrival, we had multiple cleanliness that we had to ultimately take care of ourselves and A/C had improper parts making our dwelling uncomfortable for a week. Not a good experience and would definitely not recommend to anyone.
Great place to live with amenities, safety and good maintenance.
Been here 1 month! It’s quiet, spacious, inside and outside!! The time frame for getting approved and paying deposits were quick and easy! Moving in was very easy!! The Gnats are very bad!! Overall, I love it here! I’m trying to persuade my daughter into leasing a 1 bedroom!!
We moved here because it was within our price range and lower than a lot of nearby apartments—now we know why. 0/10 would not recommend unless you are desperate and needing an a place fast. I would recommend touring your specific apartment and makes notes in detail about what is wrong. Also, the lied about having stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.
Love this Community. Long term residents. Everyone is so helpful.
Make sure everything works before you move in. You'll never get maintenance to come fix anything, no matter how serious it is.
Greystar is the worst property management I’ve ever lived with. The lack of care of the property is very unflattering, and I would not recommend these apartments to anybody.
The community is lovely, however, the maintenance dept and noise level from neighbors above and beside, is too loud. My home is my sanctuary where I’d like to retreat quietly to at the end of the day. When the upstairs neighbors stomp across the floor and allow their children to rip and run across the floor, it’s hard to relax peacefully.
So far so good. The only two thi gs that suck is the constant smell of Marijuana and not having place to park when I come I from work late at night.
Move in experience was super easy, staff was super helpful and friendly. Community and apartments are beautiful and clean! Opportunities would be communication with maintenance requests.
Don’t live here. They advertise up-to-date apartments with stainless steel everything which is false. They take forever to fix things or they just don’t fix things. They lose people’s paperwork regularly. Literally, if I didn’t need to live here for just a few months longer for financial purposes, I would move.
It's a very attractive, beautifully maintained apartment complex. It's gated to provided extra security. The staff is very courteous and experienced. We were very safe and secure during the winter storms. I've lived here 14 years and find myself never wanting to move.
Very peaceful complex with helpful leasing professionals and comfortable apartments.
I love my new home and community. It’s quiet and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Also, the staff takes pride in sponsoring events for tenants to do and meet other tenants.
If you value cleanliness and living where the staff care about you, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! I have lived here for two years and the apartments are mediocre. The pictures online are only upgraded units which is only a small percentage of the units. The cabinets are old, yellowish cabinets, cheap countertops and lots of poor patch work on walls throughout. The appliance are old dingy white and works poorly. The breezeways are sooooo nasty from all the food spilled from the SO-CALLED valet trash that hardy picks up even though we pay for 5 days. There are a large amount of aggressive breed dogs throughout the property and the owners NEVER picks up their dog poop. Dog poop on the sidewalks, near garages, in the grass areas and lets not talk about the back of the property. Most of the fenced in yards at the back is full of dog crack and it stinks when walking the trail. And management never does anything about it. Maintenance NEVER pick up trash on the grounds and in the parking lot. Recently there was a large pile of track laying right in the middle of the driveway near the trash bin and it was not picked up for three days (smdh). When you try to call the office, they never pick up the phone. You have to always go to the office for assistance. Now let me tell you about the maintenance staff. JUST SORRY!! It takes weeks to get anything repaired and this is only after having to call multiple times. There excuse is ALWAYS that they are short staffed. Okay if they are short staffed they need to hire others to help. In addition, the office staff should atleast contact the resident to let them know what's going on instead of ignoring the issue and making the residents angry. They cannot fix anything. The office staff is horrible. There have been multiple staff changes since I moved in and the assistant manager is by far the worst. She is very lazy and never gets out that seat. It takes her forever to get anything done and screws up peoples account on the regular. Last year, we were double billed on water bills and it took forever for her to fix the accounts. They charge you for renter's insurance without any notice even though you have supplied them a copy of your renter's insurance. And here we are once again being told that they don't have a copy of our renter's insurance (which they do), This has been going on for over two weeks and she (April) still has not fixed this issue. Work orders are not being completed because they don't pay their bills to vendors.
Put in a multiple maintenance request regarding my broken fridge. Maintenance came to look at it and was told that it was fixed. The next a cay I woke up to a flooded kitchen that soaked through the walls and into my hallway closet. We had to throw out over $200 worth of food including my 15 months old food. The whole apartment stunk for a couple of days. We didn’t get any feed back for the next couple of days. It was a very tough week for my family. My son getting sick, me leaving me family to work with no food and having to eat out everyday for every meal was tough and cost us about $150-$200 It took over 5 days to get a new fridge. I finally got a the fridge on day number 6 after talking to the apartment manager in the parking lot. I got a fridge the next day. The maintenance guy that helped up was a great guy and did what he could. This is not his fault or problem. Maintenance staff is well understaffed and new more employees to help out with the maintenance work load. He couldn’t tell me what the issue was with out being disrupted by his phone ringing off the hook. I was promised a gift card as compensation for my families hardship but I still have yet to receive it. Other than that, Siena Apartments needs to hire more maintenance workers to help out. And thank you for our fridge
Not enough parking, will tow your car if the sticker is expired (not the actual registration, just the sticker hasn’t been changed), disregards maintenance requests for a call before coming (I work night shift at the hospital and sleep in the morning/afternoon before work), trash pickup is expensive and wishywashy
This place is terrible now. Prior to Greystar taking over; things were a lot better.
Do not move here. The front desk agents are friendly, but friendly does not get maintenance requests fixed. (Took them 2 months to replace my toilet) Random charges on my account. I can’t wait to move.
As far as the area is concerned, the decor, and the living space itself, Siena is a great place to live, however, things do not seem to get done when a request is made. After request there is no communication. Often days will go by with a request sitting in queue and you have to keep calling the line or go to office staff and then you do not receive a response even then.
The apartments are very nice, it’s just they take forever to fix any issues going on with the apartment.
I really appreciated the ease of everything when trying to sign a lease and move in. Being able to do it online without taking time off work was a big factor I'm why I picked these! April was an amazing help and so quick!
Takes long for maintance to be completed, no enough parking especially weekends .
Overall there is area for improvement and the experience can be greatly improved if management can follow up on their promises and create a better living experience
Good community. Management is attentive. It can get a little noisy if neighbors have small children, but otherwise quiet.
Terrible place to live, do not recommend you wasting your time or money their. Unless you want to never sleep with noisy neighbors, terrible management that does not care about you or your living experience, damage to personal vehicles, wild children running around with no supervision, drug usage, horrible maintenance, so much to list its not even funny literally.
Siena Apartments met my expectations and it is definitely a great place to live. The updated apartment I have is very nice and I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know!
Its a quiet community, with pretty good kept up properties and ground. The communication between you and the office is great, depending on who you are communicating with.
Its a quiet area within a great location! Management is friendly and attempts to go above to help you.
Love living here. Management is very responsive and I have very few issues. Neighbors can be a little loud if youre in the ground floor, but for the most part its quiet, well maintained and a nice place to live.
1. Trash and dog poop everywhere - stairs, sidewalks, pool area. EVERYWHERE 2. Roofs and windows leak every time it rains. It has been months and they haven't fixed it 3. Severely short on parking spaces 4. Absolutely no maintenance and cleaning Just because they added "Luxury Living" on their brochure, it doesn't make this place any less of a dumpster.
This place is AWFUL. They do not care about their residents in the slightest, you are a dollar sign in their eyes. We had a water leak that we first reported in July of 2018. We're talking water running down the wall, standing water in an entire corner of the second bedroom. We reported it, they came, painted over the water stain (terribly mind you, you could still see all the staining), tore up the carpet padding, put a giant fan in there and said someone was coming to repair the roof, awesome great, we thought we were good. About 2 weeks later it rained again and once again, water running down the wall, standing water in the second bedroom, black mold growing on the wall and same thing again, painted over it, tore up the padding, put in a fan, said someone was coming to fix the leak. This happened EVERY TIME it rained until we moved out. When we talked to management about it, mentioning that we were paying for two bedroom however only one of the bedrooms was useable they suggested sleeping on the couch, ok, sure sleep on the couch for 6 months?? sure. They ended up giving us a measly $200 for our troubles. It was so bad the front office receptionist knew exactly what I was going to say everytime it rained. We were never able to get in touch with the property manager, we were told she would call us on specific days but she never did. They hired painters that aggravated our dogs, stuck gum to our exterior walls and painted over it, maintenance would come fix things but wouldn't leave notes or confirmations so we would just walk into our apartment and things would be moved around (too much work to move things back I guess) We lived there for over a year and were never able to purchase a gate clicker (we were told they were coming several times) we were also never able to access the gym or pool area (we were told they were ordering codes and making updates, never happened.) Dogs running around and leaving mess everywhere. I talked to an employee of Knight Management (the owners) who had moved to the property after it had been purchased by Knight and even he said that he was leaving because it was evident that management didn't care about their residents. I really liked this place when I first moved in, but with the change of owners everything just went downhill. You can find much better properties in the area for less with better management, and that is coming from someone that worked as a leasing consultant for 3 years.

Just recently moved into an apartment here at Siena and I am very satisfied. The management, leasing agents, and maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly. Move in and apartment set up was a seamless transition. Great location just off Bryant Irving Rd where there is everything you need within a 5 mile radius. If you are looking for a new apartment I would strongly recommend checking this place out. Apartments are being updated and renovated before you move in and all the new appliances are nice! Just an all around great place to live!
Property Manager at Siena Apartments, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for the review! We love having you as a valued resident here at Siena!
So I looked up and down for apartments on every site possible. I was moving from the Austin area and couldn't come to Fort Worth for apartment viewings. But I have to say I am so happy that I chose this complex. It's pricing is fair compared to apartments around, it's a quiet community, the apartments are spacious, functioning gate, and I love the valet trash service. I couldn't be happier. If I had one complaint it would be the design for complexes on a first or second level. Third floors come with a fire place but that leaves the 2nd and 1st with these awkwardly places shelvings that could serve for TV, but I have a 55 inch that doesn't fit. Maintenance responds literally same day or next day which is nice and the staff are very kind. We are going through a management change and name change so I am interested to see how this new company improves the living even more. Location is perfect and I love living here. I will be renewing for a second year.
This place sucks! There is a reason there are so many vacancies The staff doesn’t care maintenance is poor I had a peeping tom and there’s break ins. There’s a reason I left and I will never go back! They charm you at first and then throw you away. It’s not worth it!
My fiancé and I are coming up on our 1 year here and we’ve already been planning on renewing our lease since 6 months in! Not only is the staff so nice and helpful, the residents are too. The warm days here are the best because the pool space is inviting and has everything you need, there is a trail you can walk, and lots of greenery! My only negative thing is that the dog park is just grass. I would LOVE if they could install a few things for dogs to play with/on and if they were a little more consistent with refilling the dog bag dispenser. But other than that, you won’t regret this place. We certainly don’t, and we chose this place on a whim! So glad we did!
I have a countdown on my phone for the day I get to leave this place. If I could leave negative stars I would. The apartment itself is great, I've had zero issues with anything in the actual apartment, it's all the other stuff. There is NO parking (this is after I specifically asked if parking was an issue when I toured the property and they told me that there was no issue with it), the property manager is horrible (I do everything I can to avoid talking to her, I even have packages delivered to my workplace so I don't have to go pick them up from the office) , there is broken glass and cigarette butts everywhere, it smells like weed 24/7, the walls are paper thin, I swear if you put your garbage out even a minute before the time frame you'll probably get a warning from it, you can't use your own internet provider and the one you have to use is super slow, peeping toms out the wazoo so I hope you like to keep all your windows and blinds drawn.
I've lived here almost a year and I just renewed my lease. The complex is very nice, and I love my apartment. It's quiet and spacious, and my appliances work great! The pool area is great and well maintained, and they have several grilling stations which is awesome. The office staff are always friendly and helpful, and the few minor maintenance issues I've had were fixed very quickly. My only issue with this complex is that you cannot pick your Cable/Internet provider, you have to use a company called Access Media 3. I actually just got rid of my cable because it rarely worked correctly, my picture was always fractured, and i lost signal at least once EVERY time I watched TV. I even had Access Media 3 come out and check my connections, it worked for a while but then went right back to the same connection issues. Not to mention the amount of hardware and cords needed to connect is RIDICULOUS. So I've decided to switch to an antennae for basic channels and HULU and Netflix for everything else. I am keeping the internet because I have no choice, I need it when I work from home but the internet is not much better. It goes down frequently, and when you call the reps (at Access Media 3) they usually have no information on why or how long it will take to fix. It's shame because I can tell you other than their cable provider, the complex is great! Good value for the money, ample parking, quiet and everyone is friendly. I did verify with someone in the office recently and they apparently are stuck in a contract with Access Media 3 for a few years, so if you're hoping they will get a new provider soon (as I was) then you are out of luck. Other than that though, this is truly a great place to live.
