I moved in the beginning of October and I've had nothing but problems. We've been. Through three managers since october from February They blind you for everything, so if you want to come rent here, make sure that you know a plumber electrician to fix your stuff because maintenance doesn't fix anything. I've had water damage, electrical problems. My electric bill way too high and they shut off the water almost a week ago to the kitchen because it's been laking since October. You put in more quarters and nothing gets done. You have to keep on them and keep on them. Or you have to pay for it out of your pocket. So many people move in here and move out. And they're all liars about everything. This company made 9 million or 9 billion dollars and 2023, and they can't fix nothing. They don't even fix heaters. There's water leaking in my window. And they don't care that's the problem they don't care about anything.

I am completely speechless on how they treat their NEW residents and how "PEG CARES". I haven't lived at my property for more than 2 months and I had nothing but issues. They are unprofessional, disorganized, and lack any accountability. Be prepared to fill out multiple work order requests when you move in and also be prepared to have maintenance come into your apartment without your knowledge!

Our community cannot provide free rent based service requests upon move in. The team responded to your service requests immediately. We have also noted wear and tear in your specific apartment home. Due to the age of the community, we will continue to provide quality service and apartment homes, but we cannot guarantee a home with zero defect. I lived here around july 2022-2023 was told on moving in that they would be renovating the apartments and moving tenants into the new renovated ones as they go. I lived there about 11 months without hearing anything about renovations and then I got a note on my door saying I had 30 days to leave because they finally wanted to start but somehow couldn’t think to leave some units open. I got kicked out from this apartment because they were too money hungry to save some units for renovation. Don’t live here unless you have money to burn.

I signed a 12 month lease with this apartment complex after being told there were washer and dryer and units, stainless steel appliances, package services, fitness center, etc. I trusted that all of this was true without looking at a unit. None of it is true. There are no washer dryers in units, there are no stainless steel appliances. All of the appliances are old and noisy. The units are not remodeled. If I could get out of this lease I would as this was nothing but a bait and switch. I have sent multiple emails to the apartment manager, the regional manager, and PEG the owners of the complex with no help. Most recent my neighbor smokes a lot of marijuana and the odor permeates into my apartment and they do nothing about it after multiple emails. I would not recommend this complex to anyone. I myself have also had to call law enforcement for domestic disputes between neighbors.
