Aviah Flagler Village

I just renewed for another year at Aviah. It was a no-brainer. Mark keeps the property in tip-top shape, and the office and maintenance teams always deliver. It's a great place to live, and there is a real sense of community among the residents.

I absolutely love living at Aviah! I am on my 3rd year in the community, and have made some true friendships. Don’t plan on leaving anytime soon.

I was in process of renting the apartment at Aviah. From the moment we entered the lobby my family and I were treated with the great amount of kindness, professionalism, and respect. Mark, Elizabeth and Sebastian are simply excellent! My family and I walked in unannounced, and with no issues we were given the tour of the property. Mark has processed my application very quickly, ensuring that the entire leasing process is flawless. Which it was , no question about that. Communication between Aviahs management team and me was superb! However, even though my application was approved, and my family and I absolutely loved this property, we have decides to lease at another property that was closer to my work. But based on my brief experience at Aviah, I would definitely highly recommend this community. If app was giving me an option to give them 10 stars, I would????! Wishing them best of luck.

TLDR; hands down the best rental experience we've had in our 10 years of renting. Best apartment complex in Flagler Village, you should absolutely rent here! Couldn't say enough positive things about my experience living at Aviah. We've been in Florida almost 3 years and our first year was spent at a different apartment complex that ended up having a bug problem and was nearly falling apart. We were pretty down on living in Florida after that experience but this completely changed once we moved to Aviah. We have absolutely loved our time here and wish we could make it a permanent home. As for the property, it is beautiful and has so many great amenities. The gym was just recently updated prior to us moving in and is filled with top of the line gym equipment. They also have personal trainers that you can schedule with on site. The pool is very large and has benches lining the sides of it that are awesome for lounging in the sun. Coming from the PNW, I really looked forward to the hot tub and was super grateful to see it is kept at a hot temperature unlike many others that can be lukewarm. There is an awesome grilling area with a pool table, tables, a bar, and lounge chairs with shelter from the sun/rain. We've hosted many barbecues here and never have an issue waiting on a grill. Our friends always tell us to host because the area is so nice! The location is also fantastic. It's within a short walking distance to so many local parks, bars, clubs and restaurants but far enough away that you don't get a lot of "city noise". As for the staff, they are all so kind and accommodating. Mark, the owner, is very down to earth, easy to talk to and genuinely wants you to have a good experience living here. The cleaning staff are so thorough! I swear they are cleaning nearly all business hours and the apartment is kept spotless. The maintenance people are all very sweet and respond to maintenance calls almost immediately. Overall, we love it here at Aviah and are sad to have to move out due to school ending and moving back home. A large number of my classmates all moved to Flagler Village and I've spent time at each of their apartments nearby and have to say I like ours the best. Majority of them have also expressed that they wished they had got a place at Aviah! I'm so grateful we found Aviah when looking for a place to stay in Fort Lauderdale. It has 100% contributed to our positive experience here in South Florida.

Absolutely love living in Aviah. The community is so friendly. Everyone helps everyone, and I have created some truly great friendships while living here. Don’t plan on moving anytime soon.

Consistent and professional response for all staff from janitorial all the way up to ownership. Really tries to build a culture of community diversity and unity, while nothing is perfect, it’s certainly one of the best places I have a lived in 50 years

Aviah Flagler Village is a great place to live, amenities are well taken care of. Grounds are clean, convenient location. Staff is great, very helpful and friendly. Wish units were more remodeled but other than that, I love living here.

A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to any needs and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers.

I lived in this building once before, when it was owned and managed by a different company. The new owners are a breath of fresh air. They show a keen interest in keeping the building a great place to live. Coming back to Fort Lauderdale this year, I was glad to find an apartment at Aviah. Maintenance and upkeep are great and Elizabeth and Brandon in the office make everything easy. There's also a sense of community among the residents. I have found that to be rare.

We live the staff and everything is always kept in a pristine fashion. The owner is on premises. You would love it here! The building is in close proximity to everything that you would want.

I moved into Aviah back in December and it has been great ever since! I absolutely love the feel of community, and the staff is unbelievably friendly! I feel very home here!

This building is run so well! The maintenance team is constantly working to make sure the building is in top shape and clean. The office team is on top of their game! They know everyone by name and are always willing to help. I cannot say enough about the packages room either, it so clean and organized. Seriously 5 stars is not enough!

My experience at Aviah has been great so far. The property management staff is extremely helpful and on top of everything. The amenities are great. The location is awesome and the pool is the cherry on top!

We absolutely cannot say enough good about Aviah. The staff is the friendliest and extremely welcoming. They are hand-selected by the owner, have been on staff for many years, and he is as sweet as can be. Your experience will also be a memorable table one!

This is my second time leasing here, as I was one of the first tenants (2009). Coming back after 10 years the management staff and the upkeep of the building is still impressive. My wife and I appreciate the assistance from Ms.Julia, our initial contact whose calm demeanor sealed the deal .....Overall, you will feel very comfortable here!

I feel very happy and safe living in Amli. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Security and maintenance seem to be available 24/7, which really enhances the home feel that Amli offers because I dont ever feel like I need to worry or stress about any issues that could potentially come up.

The AMLI is an excellent residential for a busy professional. The location is attractive, and there are several desired amenities including a pool, outdoor living room, and fitness facility.

We love Amli at Flagler Village. In the heart of downtown Ft. Lauderdale, it is the perfect location close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and more. Plenty of floor plans to chose from and friendly staff to boot. What more can you ask for.

Honestly getting an apartment in AMLI is more than just renting. Its a lifestyle & Vacation all wrapped into one that you can call home. Its like I always say if you're looking for Family you cant go wrong at AMLI!

Staff is excellent and always responsive to any concerns or needs. Location is convenient to beach, restaurants, and entertainment. The community is under new management and a lot of positive changes have been made to improve living quality for the residents. One of the few properties in this area that have united with private courtyards which is convenient if you are a pet owner like myself.

I came to Amli looking for a home in s. florida they have provided me a safe comfortable peacable dwelling. my parents can rest assurred thier son is living a quality of life, far from home they can approve of

Every tenant, at some point, will have interaction with their Management company; in my experience as both a tenant, and as a businessperson who has dealt with dozens of Management companies over the last twenty years, AMLI (corporate) is the absolute best; specifically, at AMLI Flagler Village, the Property Management, including leasing and general day-to-day, is by far the most professional and effective I've encountered.
