Amazing office staff
Aviare place apartments has the best location in Midland. They offer great floor plans to choose from with good rates. Recently moved in and the staff have been very helpful and welcoming. Juan Carlos is friendly and accommodating. I love it here!

They couldn’t even sand down my kitchen cabinets before painting them , they charge me 25 or what ever the heck for a insect spray when half the darn time they don’t even do it

We couldn’t be more grateful to the Aviare team! We had such a seamless experience. We live 6 hours away but not concerned at all about our move thanks to the AM Juan. What I particularly appreciated was someone was always in the office to pick up the phone! A lot of other places we called just didn’t cut it when it came to customer service. Thank you!

I'm at the very beginning of my stay but loving it so far!!! The amenities seem lovely and our apartment is excellent! Love how much natural light we get and the place seems very secure. Neighbors so far seem lovely. And the neighborhood is awesome

It's been...interesting. Been here 7 years and counting. I've had great neighbors, absolute unhinged neighbors, 5-6 floods (I'm losing count), have seen horrible management teams, great management teams (such as the current one- Juan is amazing), and just about everything in between. It's been a wild ride, to say the least. One thing I will say to new prospective residents- the units aren't as nice as the showcase model, and it seems like quite a few repairs over the years have been just patch jobs. I've seen literally everything except the oven fall apart and need work or replacing in my time here. And please be weary of mold- the older hot water heaters liked to burst. Other than that, the apartment manager Juan is fantastic and will help you if you talk to him, and the maintenance team is really chill and are fun to talk to, and they love friendly dogs. Overall, I think the place is a bit overpriced for the units, but it's Midland- everything's overpriced here.

Everything is awesome, one big complaint would be the constant loud music in the small parking lot, been happening for months, and happens super late at night, most of the time. Right around 2:00am or 3:00 am in the morning. Still love my apartment, but the noise could be better!

Great location it's close to alot of stores and restaurants, the down side there is a lot of suspicious recreational things going on before it was a quiet peaceful neighborhood but they have a lot of people living in one unit. It doesn't feel as safe as it used too.

Muy buena, creo que los encargados de los apartamentos hacen lo posible por ayudarnos y que todo marche bien ?? eso es importante para nosotros los que vivimos aquí y es importante que el manager sea atento a nuestras preguntas o algo que se tenga que resolver , porque así funciona mejor todo y las cosas no se deterioran . Great Apartments Gone Downhill
Aviare place used to be a great, affordable place to live. As of recently I just don’t feel comfortable here. Just seems like another place having a bunch of oilfield workers stuffed into one apartment. On top of that, my renewal is ridiculously high. It’s such a shame cus I really enjoyed my stay here once upon a time.

Great Staff!
Over a year living here with no problems. I love the pet friendliness and that all the dog waste stations stay clean and stocked!! The location is great and staff truly CARE! I can’t say enough about how I feel they have gone above and beyond!! Would definitely recommend this as a place to call home!

WORSE THAN AWFUL AND TERRIBLE
I lived here and my a/c never got fixed through the hot days of summer it was 88 in my apartment some days it was hotter in my apartment than it was outside. The lawns are always filled with poop. The apartment staff walks into the apartment even if you have the privacy lock on they will try to walk in. The pool is cold and filthy my child got sick from being in the pool. The apartment staff that everyone is saying is so nice and kind does not communicate with you properly. My dishwasher will hold water and when we call to get it fixed they turn it on and run it and it’s “fixed” just so many things I could say. Be weary of the good reviews they are from people who do not live there and are familiar with the office staff to keep they’re reviews in good standing. Stay away from these apartments they are not worth your money!!!
