Great place to live. Will like to thank Amanda for all the help of helping me with my beautiful unit.
I love this place. Hated the idea of moving to the city but aviary village has surely changed my mind love the choices of places to eat everyone is very friendly.
Everything is great . Front office responds immediately if you ever have an issue . They are very understanding and helpful . Great place to live
I’ve lived at Aviary Village for 6 years and couldn’t be happier. The management team is awesome and the grounds, and amenities are well kept. If you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood for your family, look no further.
Great pet and kid friendly apartment complex. Also staff gets back to you quickly!
I feel blessed living at Aviary Village. The new manager is Very professional and personable. She addresses all concerns and requests on a timely manner. Happy to be here!
I love live here, everyone is so nice, property is clean and beautiful. I would highly recommend it.
My boyfriend and I moved down in early May and from start to finish it was great. I never hear any neighbors while I am in the apartment which is great because I work from home. The apartment is accessible to major grocery stores, restaurants, and the Tanger outlets. New management is great and the maintenance guy Josh is wonderful, quick, and efficient.
So far we’ve been here for 5 months and the staff here is absolutely phenomenal! Any issues are fixed nearly immediately. Our PMIC is beyond welcoming and so friendly. The insides in the newly remodeled and standard units are absolutely gorgeous. The commons areas are obviously taken care of. I’ve loved every minute of living and here and definitely recommend looking into a lease at this property.
It's very nice and calm out here. I love it, very friendly community.
I have been living there since 2019 and I have a small dog and I don’t think I would want to live anywhere else. From the neighbors to even management, everyone is friendly. I am very grateful to be living around the people that I do.
We moved here in September and so far we couldn't be happier. The people that maintain the complex are very friendly and outgoing. They really stay on top of cleaning and keeping the property looking very nice. Also we feel very safe and it is nice and quiet.
I’ve stayed here for 3 years and my kids and I love it … My son it literally the complex go to kid … very friendly and pet friendly
I am a college student and have been living here for almost 3 years now. The location is excellent for school and the management is incredible. Any issue I’ve had has been taken care of immediately. The maintenance staff is great and very respectful of your personal space! Overall great place to live!
I’ve been here for a year and didn’t even hesitate to resign my lease. Everything is quite and clean. Nice location and nice neighbors!
I’ve lived here for almost 3 years and I gotta say it’s better than other apartment complexes I’ve been to. Maintenance is efficient and is available everyday. There’s a security guard that lives on sight so safety is always made sure of. The pool area is clean and taken care of. The landlord is making progress on renovating old apartments. I would definitely recommend moving here!
We enjoyed the time we lived at Aviary Village Apartments! Residents are friendly and management is quick to respond to any resident needs. Everyone is very kind and caring!
This is a great place to live. The management is very helpful, it’s peaceful, and it’s beautiful! Not to mention it’s close to CCU and TECH for student and close to multiple shopping places.
Nice, quiet neighborhood to live in. Close to all the essential stores and restaurants
I've lived here for about 1 and half years and I've lived all over myrtle beach and this place is by far the best!
Have lived there 4 yrs. Peaceful and quiet complex. New management is diligently updating, beautifying and making things nice. Terry, prop manager, is super accommodating and Josh, maintenance man is phenomenal. They just renovated the huge pool for summer. I love that they have elevators! Very affordable and close to aldi's, walmart, CCU, hospital and food establishments.
I moved to this apartment complex a month ago. I loved everything so far. The staff are friendly and responsive. All the amenities are very good. I recommend anyone to move to this apartment complex.
The property manager is nice and professional, but the property is just old and needs to be gutted and rebuilt. One has to fight these huge roaches or water bugs that patrol the complex like they’re on neighborhood watch. It’s not the life I imagined!
Property Manager at Aviary Village, Responded To This Review
I appreciate the nice comment. Regarding the bugs, our pest control company sprays the outside of the buildings 2 times per year most recently yesterday, November 20th. The remaining 10 months are inside the actual apartment pest control. When I moved to this area several years ago I didn't anticipate seeing the large palmetto bugs either but they are part of the natural habitat in the Southeastern part of the country. I've been told by several experts that "This is South Carolina and there are bugs that live here." With that being said, please let my office know if there is a problem within your apartment and the problem will be taken care of.
Met with the manager today and I’ve never met a nicer person we love the Property and all the amenities. And hoping move in next month Clean well-maintained and secure place to live as a old retired law-enforcement officer very impressed with this place
