Property Ratings at Aviator at Brooks
I lived here for a year and I had issues over and over. Our A/C was not working for over half the year and they kept on fixing it with zero success. The room we had continued to have cockroaches, my front door neighbor had the same issue. The management was rude and when I tried to checkout they did not show up to do a room checkout. When I went to the front office to see what was going on I was yelled at and treated so badly. They were upset I was hurrying them to so their job. I was incorrectly charged for a hole in the wall and it showed up on my credit report a year later. Once I went over to ask them to reverse it and having shown all the video evidence since it was all good to go she said, “well that’s too bad, it’s too late, we’ve already sent it to collections, our bad, we can’t help you.” I’m still fighting for this to be removed and no luck. The place lacked lighting and the walls were so thin. Do not live here, they will do the bare minimum.
They refused to show me an apartment I was ready to sign a lease for 2 days in a row "due to the weather". It was 60F and not raining. Update: the following week the manager said I was acting crazy. I asked why? She said because I wanted to look at an apartment in the rain. It wasn't even raining. Also answer the phone
I highly DO NOT recommend this apartment complex. They are overpriced and management is not helpful. A mouse made it’s way into my apartment weeks ago. Although I had been in the office, called, and emailed, nothing has been done. Went into the office again and was told they don’t know how they missed it and the exterminator won’t be here until next week and there is nothing they can do. Do not waste your money, there are nicer apartments in this area. I wish I would have listened to others’ reviews.
I am so happy I came to the aviators , I would definitely recommend it. The front office staff is absolutely amazing and uplifting, the spirits in this place is amazing. Deborah , herself was so helpful with everything. I am so happy that I came here , every one should definitely come here, great experience.
I just moved out two days ago. The maintenance is completely not fit for this big of a property. They spend their time walking around picking up trash instead of fixing things. In my unit our A/C unit has gone out 3 times in the past 6 months. Not only has it gone out, its been out for 5 out of the 6 months. The front office has been dismissive and rude about it too. I'm a very kind and respectful person but the attitude we were given and the excuses were so annoying. In the 6 months we were here we have a long list of maintenance reports and they would always say they were finished and completed. My wife and I would come home and guess what...they weren't. Can you imagine having a 2 year old in an apartment where the temperature is always around 80 degrees? After this last time that they fixed it, it lasted around a week and guess what, it broke again. I don't know what is going on at this place but we broke our lease and left. The location is a new up and coming place and we were sad to go, but the apartment staff and treatment of the residents is unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and don't rent here.
I am living in a complex managed by Clear Property and they are very poor property managers. I made a complaint to the on-site manager regarding a severe structural issue which causes extremely loud creaking noises every time the neighbors take a step. The on-site manager chose to ignore my complaint so I sent a certified letter to Clear Property. They called me one time to discuss the issue saying they would get the "floor guy" to come take a look and let me know what was found. They never had anyone come and refused to take any of my calls or return any of my messages. I sent another certified letter which, again, they refused to acknowledge. I made a formal complaint with the the Better Business Bureau and guess what? They refused to respond. Per the BBB this isn't the only complaint Clear Property has refused to respond to. My suggestion is to stay clear of any complex managed by Clear Property. They don't seem to be able to own up to anything and have no interest in the comfort of their tenants
