Avida Apartments

All in all it has been great living here! The only complaint I have is our maintenance tickets seem to go unanswered:( we’ve placed several for our bathroom sink and it still hasn’t been unclogged… it’s been upwards of a few months :(

Living here has been such a great experience! All the residents are friendly, my dog LOVES the dog park and I appreciate how well things are kept on the property.

Pretty much everything is good. Parking is awful, even if you have a pass, and there’s constantly bird poop at the bottom of every staircase.

Great community There’s always the handful who ruin it with being noisy, trash outside of their complex or not picking up after themselves or pets

Nice apartment. Quick maintenance crew. Not enough guest parking options. People need to pick up their dog poop. I wish the pool, gym, and parcel pick-up location were open 24/7. Otherwise, I enjoyed living here.

living here has been pretty nice so far. I have no complaints. The pool, hot tub, and other amenities have stayed open. The train is pretty loud but you can’t control that :)

Management has been friendly and helpful, but I was very disappointed that my apartment was not cleaned well when we moved in. There were old clothes behind the washing machine, the kitchen cabinets and shelves were disgusting, and more. They did quickly fix a few repairs that needed to happen such as the sliding glass door that did not lock or latch. We have enjoyed the community so far and like the convenience store on the corner. Parking is a big issue. There are plenty of parking spots inside the complex but since you can only park one car there the street parking fills up and it's impossible. Since we work in areas where we can't take the trax or busses we have to use 2 cars. The bird poop in the breezeways is also deplorable. Bird poop carries diseases and it's all over the handle rails for the stairs which causes a safety problem. Management could do a better job of preventing and cleaning the bird poop. So far we have had no other issues and like the apartment and amenities.

The staff is super friendly and the apartment is great. I love the set up and style. Some organization from the team could improve and how they cut keys could be improved.

So far, they’ve been accommodating. Only issue is I don’t have a working washer. I did contact maintenance and they haven’t responded. Otherwise everything is great!

I love my new community so far! It's been such a great and fun experience to be living here at Avida Apartments. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for me and my family.

It is a very nice neighborhood, well maintained and the people who are in the office are very attentive, The only thing they should do is provide 2 parking spaces per apartment, charging extra for each parking space.

I have loved living here. From the management to the ladies in the office to the maintenance team. Everyone is very helpful. The rent is affordable and my area of neighbors is excellent. The absolute only downside is the parking.

I love living here. It’s not too expensive for a decent amount of space. It is probably one of the better deals around Salt Lake City. There are some minor things that aren’t my favorite but I’m not home much.

This apartment complex is very solid. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and quick maintenance responses. Good location with good amenities. Would recommend

We have just renewed our second lease and we are very happy to be living here for another year our neighbors are great the management have been making efforts to keep our community clean and safe the maintenance do a great job and are very respectful.

They office staff is super kind. They are always willing to help out they are understanding and lenient!! I really appreciate all they do and they make this apartment complex worth it!!

We just moved in and so far we have experienced great views from our balcony, kind staff, clean apts, and some noise from the nearby railroad.

It’s a very nice place although you can get lost, the parking leaves a lot to be desired. The front desk needs to get it together. But overall it’s a nice place to To live.

The apartment is spacious and the location is good. I wish they had elevators. Also, a lot of residents do not clean after their dogs. Front office people are nice and they assisted me rather quickly with the issue I reported.

Our experience so far has been pretty good the staff had been nice. The maintenance have been very helpful will all issues we have had. I just wish there was a better parking arrangement

Its been absolutly great, love the community nobodys been an issue. Just wish the parking was a little bit better and more organized throughout the lots.

Nice pool and gym accessibility! Wish parking spaces were assigned but is ok. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Keep doing a great job!!

Everyone work here is great the pool is open all year around best thing ever I love the apartment big room it is great feel like at home I love it

Everything is great! We love to live in here, the environment is quite, the maintenance order respond fast in 1 day. The management team is awesome and enthusiasm.

Everything is going rather smoothly. Just wanna make sure someone is on top of salting all the walkways. Other than that I have not had any issues with anything.

We just moved in and are very impressed with how clean and well set up the apartment is. The staff is very responsive as well and helpful. Excited to live here!

It’s been good so far, a very nice place. I just wish people would pick up their pets’ waste from the side walks. It’s kinda annoying to step on pet waste unknowingly.

We have been loving our new apartment the price is better than a lot of these other's and the staff are very nice, always eager to help you with whatever needs you have also the maintenance worker's are very good, respectful while in your home and they get things done quickly.

I went into the office for some paperwork and the person in the office was very rude. Parking is a huge hassle. No visitor parking and not rules that make resident parking a hassle. Not child friendly. No playgrounds or anything for people with children.

Honestly things have gotten better over the last year. They've made so many improvements! The upgraded dog park is phenomenal, the pool stayed open all year, the built in grills are amazing and it's really created a space where I feel a sense of community. Jordan and her team have done an incredible job at bringing the kids together to do fun things all year. I can't say enough great things about my apartment. I'm so grateful to have such a good experience with Avida.

It’s great besides parking, we have tons of open stalls but we only get one pass per apartment regardless of how many rooms you have ! Thankfully all issues have been resolved quickly and in a professional manner!

I enjoy living here. Being on the 4th floor is rough but a little extra cardio isn’t horrible. The office staff is super sweet and I'm grateful for that!

I love the environment And it's more safe to be on the community I just enjoy the surroundings and the gym an the hot tub I love and enjoy the Murray utbah

I have enjoyed my time in Avida apartments. My biggest complaint right now is I wish the complex was more clear on what street parking is okay because I do not want to get to towed.

Staff are fantastic, apartments are spacious, overall neighbors are nice as well. Would reccomend. Once construction is done on the senior apartments the community will be even better. Close walk to a coffee shop, Trax, and corner store.

Worst parking ever. Not enough spaces for everyone who lives here, so don't even expect there to be any place for your guests to park. You'll have to park far away and walk to your apartment, so hopefully you don't have a carload of groceries to carry up... They've also got a pointless miniature pool-- you'll never get to try it out in the summer because it is randomly open maybe once a week, not that it's big enough to do anything in even if you can make it in. Staff is okay, maybe the only reason the place is fairly decent.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff have been very helpful. If there is anything that needs to be addressed. They are on top of it and fixing any issues. I would recommend living in Avida to my family and friends.

My family and I are so grateful to be living at Avida. It’s been almost a year and it’s been amazing. Our apartment and the amenities are great, the office and maintenance staff are wonderful and always go above and beyond for us and all the residents here. We are looking forward to another amazing year here.

So far everything has been great. We've had minor issues that were taken care of in a very timely manor. Staff has been very welcoming and the websites are easy to get to know. Thank you

Everything seems to be going well. The trash pickup seems to be going well. The place looks nice. Everything in my apartment is good. I dont have any issues with noise. Thank you.

Everything is great!! Parking is sometimes a little frustrating or dog poop on stairs but other then that everything is great!! Love our new place

Moving in here has been a blessing. I’m so grateful to have my family back in a great community. I can not wait to get to know my neighbors and for my children to make friends of their own.

So far so good! The staff are always very nice. We haven’t had any problems with any neighbors. The only bad thing that happened was that our car got tagged shortly after we moved, but it hasn’t happened again thankfully.

We've been living here almost two years now and we plan on staying and renewing our lease the neighbors and neighborhood is good the management and other staff are very helpful and kind a great place to live.

The office staff made the move in fast and easy. Maintenance has been very knowledgeable and really respectful. I would recommend Avida to anyone

Overall we love living here. The location is convenient, the apartment is perfectly sized, maintenance is reasonably responsive (and they're all very kind, both maintenance and the office staff). There are bad neighbors, which is true anywhere. People let their dogs use the bathroom literally anywhere, including right in the middle of the sidewalk, and management seems to struggle to be on top of it. Mail is only sporadically delivered, and the parcel lockers are inaccessible after the office closes, which is annoying and frustrating.

My girlfriend and I love the community we live in. We have great and friendly neighbors around. The resident pool and weight room are absolutely beautiful and clean all the time. This is a great to place to live because we have a beautiful view of the west mountains that we admire.

The parking sucks here. There’s no parking. You have to get here before 2 pm to get a parking spot on the road if you don’t have a sticker and you only get one sticker per apartment. Even if you have two people driving! The management sucks at keeping updated with things like the maintenance or repairs that they say they will call you back and never do, they ignore your messages all the time! If I could leave I would but we just signed our lease and can’t leave Intel October.

Living here has been really good! My neighbors have been nice and welcoming and staff had been super helpful when I need the help. My only complaint has to be that street parking can be difficult.

Everything about this place has been "normal." There's nothing to say, and that's a good thing! I've never had any real issues, and that makes life easier.
