Property Ratings at Avidity Living
The community is beautiful and I’ve loved my time living here the past 2 years. The leasing office is also great at helping with anything I needed.
We love our apartment and the size of it. The bedrooms are exceptionally large. We have a screened in balcony over looking the beautiful property. It's a great location! Horacio is the manager and Tanya and Joseph are in the front office. They are always friendly and helpful. Tim and Reggie are the maintenance crew. They too are very friendly and helpful if there are any issues. They take care of the tickets in a reasonable amount of time. You should check out the property.
The quality of the property has been going down since we moved here in 2023. The front gate has been broken for months, which means anyone can enter the property. The mailroom door has also been broken for months, so you can't access the mailroom unless you go through the sides. No one has done anything to fix these issues.
Overall good apartment and maintenance is quick to respond, Although office staff does not answer any phone calls. Also, great amenities. Can hear neighbors above when walking
When things break on the property like a gate, the door to the mailroom, an entrance to an apartment building, etc., they may never get repaired.
I enjoy living at Avidity Living so far! The campus is beautiful and the amenities are so nice! The admin staff is so helpful and the maintenance team works hard!
We've been very pleased with the aptt, freindliness of the neighbors, location, we're leaving a house with construction taking place 6 days a wk. The front desk/maintence ppl have all been very helpful with are needs.
Great community. Quiet and well maintained. Haven’t had too many maintenance issues. If I do they are quite fast about coming and fixing things.

Only a few complaints but they are important-the building exterior door has been broken since I moved in 12/16, it does not lock and anyone can wander inside our halls, doesn't feel safe. Many people do not pick up after their dogs which is disgusting but it seems to be like that everywhere. The worst problem is regarding Amazon deliveries, they have left many of my packages outside where they have gotten wet and ruined or stolen completely-they cannot get into anywhere to delive it seems, although I have gotten a few inside at my door, not sure what the problem is, Amazon cannot seem to help.
Poor management. Poor communication. If you need any assistance with front office staff or management you will not get any help. If you’re one of the lucky residents who never need to interact with office staff or need any maintenance request, I’m sure this would be a pleasant experience. We’ve been here only a few months and are counting down the months until our lease is over. It will be several weeks we will not have a working dishwasher because of poor communication.
I love avidity and Tim is the best maintenance man. Anytime I had any maintenance issues they were handled swiftly and efficiently! Horatio has been a great addition to the front office as well.
I love the property it is quiet, beautiful and safe. The staff is very helpful and the management team is really nice and knowledgeable about the property.

I love It here. It’s always peaceful when i come Home from a long day. Everyone is nice and pleasant. I’m going on my 2nd year here. I would Recommend anyone to live here.
The beginning was a little all over the place but to their defense the start of October was a rough one for everyone! Fast forward to move in date working with Horacio the site manager made it all better! He was very attentive and made sure all my questions were answered! Move in went smooth and I’m loving my new home! Thank you Avidity staff for all you do!
Apartment is great. communication could be better, but overall so far so good! Apartments are very spacious and quiet. I do recommend these apartments
Overall would love to give the community a 5 star but the issue is that the gates we should have don’t work and the secure entrances to the buildings are not working. Other everything else is great.
So far I'm enjoying Living at Avidity, what i enjoy most is the amenities, the location is very convenient, I feel safe and I like the New maintenance team.
The place is pleasant and welcoming, filled with all the amenities one could desire. The staff always have a great attitude, the facilities are consistently clean, and it has a perfect location.
Easy to move into, very clean and modern apartments and community. Management was a huge help whenever I had questions or needed assistance of any kind.
Honestly speaking it's went down. The community used to be so clean and secure. They used to have gratitude events and if something was broken in the community or needed restocked (gas tanks for grills) it was handled promptly. The staff is still friendly but quality has def been lowered and all residents I know have felt it and either have already moved out or have made plans to which sucks. I enjoyed our little community I loved knowing the residents and my morning talks but now it has become dirty unsecured gates and building doors car break ins etc. but still wanting luxury pricing is crazy. Management/ owners need to reevaluate the importance of quality because it def has not been a focus anymore an it shows.
Everyone is friendly and respectful in my building. I enjoy seating outside on the porch early in the morning taking in the beautiful court yard with the peaceful view.
We love it here. Neighborhood is spacious and not overcrowded like most complexes. Neighbors here are friendly, we have had no issues. Management is fantastic, they are so prompt to solve any issue.
Not impressed, was great at move in, new management went downhill. You would think during hurricane season they would send some info out about the building or something about the community to help residents, but the only emails we got was that the office was closing.
I love avidity living , the complex offers great amenities , and love the staff in management. The areas around the complex are well take care and it is always clean.

There is a lot in this area which makes it a great neighborhood. As far as the apartments, the major downside is the apartment walls are thin, so you always hear your neighbors.

Love it here! It is quiet and the security is great. The building is clean and well maintained and the living space is open and very nice. I am glad this is where I chose to live and call home.
Good Price for apartments and longer leases. Clean community with nice pool and free EV Charging (2 charging spots free inside community) and lot of stuff nearby.

After living at Avidity for around seven months, I still love this place. It’s a great environment and I would highly recommend! Every month they’re multiple thoughtful and fun community events to participate in, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I have lived here a few months and so far so good. Office staff is great and so are the maintenance staff. Work orders are handled quickly and office staff is always keeping us up to date through email and the app.

Enjoyable experience the community itself has a lot to offer from the gym to the recreation area the only downfall is a noise from the main street. Other than that office. Staff is great, especially Melissa.
It’s a nice apartment, I’ve been living here for almost two years now. There’s a lot of places that are close by such as restaurants and forms of entertainment.
