Avidor Evanston 55+ Active Adult Apartment...

Have lived here for a year and renewed. Activities are great and we have lots of different interest things to do. We do various things 3 to 4 days a week.

My experience here has been very welcoming. Glad to be here.

I enjoy living at the Avidor. It is a clean, bright residence with many friendly neighbors and staff. Any issues I've experienced in my daily living as it relates to the building have always been quickly and ably addressed by the Avidor staff.

The staff members, one & all, are very cordial, helpful and work hard at their responsibilities. Our fellow residents are friendly and seem to be pleased to be living here. We enjoyed each of the community events that we have been able to attend. We use the exercise rooms on our own and love that they are right here!! Jo Lynn C.

Avidor is a wonderful, active senior community. The apartments are well appointed, the building amenities are excellent and there are many activities to participate in. It’s an incredibly easy way to meet people with common interests and find new friends. I’m very happy we moved here.

Avidor Evanston is ideal for people 55 ! The luxury building is completely safe and designed for senior living. The amenities include activities and trips if you want to use them. If you are still working the building “works” perfectly. The centrally located building makes grocery, pharmacy, doctors, and restaurants within easy walking distance making a car an option but not a requirement. The staff is welcoming, kind, and thoughtful. Fellow residents are also welcoming and are glad to help you navigate the building’s services and features.

Avidor Evanston offers a safe, well managed-maintained rental solution for 55 seniors that are interested in simplifying their lives while enjoying an active lifestyle with likeminded neighbors.

I love the light airy feeling when walking around my unit: the building is safe, clean, up to date, with excellent response times to concerns. Can't top the proximity to restaurants, stores, the movie theater and the beautiful beach areas.

I wouldn't recommend Avidor. Many of us who move here are hoping it will be our last move. But if my rent continues to increase at this years rate, I won't be able to afford to live here in 4 years.

Moving to The Avidor was one of the best decisions I could have made. I moved in three weeks after my wonderful husband passed away and I found community here. What an interesting, active, and engaged group of people! I still work full-time and that keeps me quite busy but I feel like I have a community of friends to come home to and that makes a big difference in my life.

I find the space, location and amenities to be excellent. I’m also very happy with the staff who are pleasant, professional, personable and knowledgeable. Communication about building issues sometimes is lacking however improving.

Overall, Avidor has been a very good experience. Excellent community director, nice, interesting fellow residents, good camaraderie.. and good latte’s!

Avidor is a pleasant place to live. I find the halls stark and recommend large historic Evanston lithographs in elevator waiting places.need emphasis on more “intellectual” programs..(lectures, concerts )fewer bingo type things.
