I have been a resident at Avidor for 3 years. The sense of community at Avidor is outstanding! Residents become family! Management is visible to residents and maintains an "open door policy". No appointment is necessary!

What a GREAT place to live! Beautiful apartment (and dream kitchen!) in a fun 55 ACTIVE community. I'm not ready for assisted living but was looking for a mature community environment, Avidor fits the bill! Super location for a drive to city for events, suburbs for shopping, plus just minutes to the beach. A great place to live for those who embrace their golden years by enjoying every minute!
Convenient location, walkability to downtown Glenview, neighborhood parks. Variety of excellent exercise and dance classes geared to active seniors.

It is a very clean and bright place. Management team is very helpful and the residents are friendly.
My mother lives here and I feel good knowing she is making friends and socializing. They have a happy hour every Friday and huge events once a month for the residents and prospects. They even let my mother stay at the guest suite to see if she would like it!! Super happy with the management team and everything!
Love living here. Have met a lot of nice people and enjoy all of the special events. l tell everyone about it And how great it is. One of the special things is having laundry in your unit Most other places do not have that
A loving caring supportive independent living environment Every person who walks in comments on how well cared for and how beautiful it is And you can be as social as you want to be..there is always someone around to talk to..play a game or watch a movie OR you never have to come out of your apartment IT IS YOUR CHOICE
Avidor Glenview is a great place to live. I have met some wonderful and supportive people and made many new friends.
Living at Avidor has been an extremely positive experience for me. Residents are welcoming and friendly, there are many activities which promote community interaction, many learning opportunities, outdoor recreation options in the courtyard, a pool and hot tub, and a variety of work-out options. The staff is super friendly and helpful (and they put on incredible holiday parties!) Cheryl B.
Nice upscale residence in the heart of town. Everyone including staff are very friendly & interesting to hear where they came from & what their interests are.
Applying and filling out the paperwork online was easy and went smoothly.
Everyone will find something/somebody that they really enjoy. They building is well built and maintained. Clean. Fellow residents are upbeat and pleasant.
