I love living here at the Avila Apartments Community. The neighbors are friendly, staff is always top-notch and the amenities exceed my expectations. All stores, restaurants, etc. are so close, it's amazing. I feel safe here and count living here a blessing!
I think Greystar should take care of their property better and get involved in the day to day operations based on what I have heard and experienced.

We love unit we are in because the walls aren’t thin so it’s pretty quiet. The only noise we have is because the unit backs to the tollroad but that doesn’t bother us and we knew that beforehand. I do recommend that when picking an apartment on the third floor, like we did, to take into consideration having to carry groceries or other larger items. But our legs are stronger since moving in so that’s a plus LOL.

apartment has flooded numerous times, internet is exclusively cox and works horrifically. plumbing smells, gym is extremely small and unusable, $70 in trash bills we dont even use, pools are constantly down and there is infinite landscaping going on all hours of the day.

Regarding the pool, we do not have any records of it being persistently unavailable. However, our spas have recently undergone some upgrades, and we have ensured that all residents were informed about these changes. As for the landscaping, it is a reflection of the original design implemented when the property was first opened. The size and layout of the property necessitate this particular landscaping approach. Please be assured that we are committed to maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of our property to the highest standards. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
In general, in my opinion, Avila houses are among the best plans in the region and it fits our taste very well.

Horrible management and office staff. They're rude and they do not help tenants. The place is exceptionally loud with small engines like blowers, mowers, trimmers, cutters, and pressure washers going every single day. Parking is horrible. Gangs move in and they don't do anything about it. The pool or hot tub is always down. The gym is a joke. Work orders go unfinished or half finished. The pipes in the wall are loud and will wake you up at night.

Thanks to Tatiana and Alyssa's help to get us situated in our spot, giving us a tour right before closing time, and helping us with a timely maintenance request! Some minor observations regarding paint quality, parking availability, and difficulty moving furniture in due to narrow staircase and awkward floor plan layout, but overall so far so good and happy being a new resident here

The property is well kept. Only live on the top floor if you want any peace as the laminate flooring and improper insulation allows every footstep and chair move to echo into those below. If you need parking after 8PM, look elsewhere.

Quiet nights, security lights abound, right off 241 plus getting to IT is a breeze during the rush. Met welcoming and helpful neighbors. Overall, a community worth touring.

Parking sucks. People with 3 or more vehicles park all their cars outside their garage. I know someone in my building who has 3 vehicles and God knows what's inside their garage. Goodluck calling in for maintenance because it'll take more than 2 weeks to come in for a leak.. a freaking leak! But hey at least the location is great! :)

If you look for a peaceful place don't move to here. It's like a crowded area with teenagers who are loud and don't care about the neighbors.

Wonderful place to live as long as you dont need to deal with Maintenance, the office staff is amazing and polite and very attentive to your needs and requests and any issues you have, but as far as needing repairs or anything done by maintenance you have to email the office or call them directly because your maintenance requests through the portal apparently get ignored.
