Living in Avino would be the best and most beneficial place for our family's diverse needs. For example, there are the best high schools and middle schools nearby. Also, it is close to RiteAid and TraderJoe's, and 56 expressway is nearby, so commuting is very easy.

Avino is too expensive for what type of service and living conditions. My apartment was dirty on move in, I have stained counters, beat up appliances, and the management is a joke.

This is the first time I have experienced such an untidy condition when moving into an apartment. The apartment's unilateral delay in moving in, no apology for it, poor cleaning condition, and insufficient repair before moving in left only disappointment for Avino.

The worst community with little attention to the needs of the residents. Cheap homes made to look good. Don't be fooled by the appearance of the common area. New Management company has not done much for the community.

Many of us live at Avino for specific life and family milestones. The property is beautiful with a lot of potential to be an upscale property, but unfortunately the constant staff turnover has created chaotic management and lots of unmanageable accumulated problems.

Speed bumps - they are too high, poorly constructed, damage your car. Driveways are too short - too many large vehicles stick way out into the street. I am surprised there are not more accidents.

I would absolutely recommend the community, and the apartment itself was great - it felt like a townhome and had lots of storage. I would definitely consider living in a sister property some day!
Honestly with the exception of Kim being a manager for the facility, as I mentioned above the cost for the unit with the size of the unit having no guest parking available at all, I honestly could not recommend it.
Big company - not a lot of flexibility. Speed bumps are badly designed and very dangerous.
Beautiful complex, friendly neighbors but the rent is very high. The residences are very well maintained and I'm sure the rent is commensurate for the area.
Gary is always great at fixing everything quickly and efficiently. Avino staff processes work order rapidly and timely. Thanks to all.

I would recommend Avino if your child is going to a school nearby. The proximity to stores and the beach is nice. Downside- some tenants don't bother to put their bags of trash in the bins or if bins are full don't bother to walk over to an empty dumpster.
The standouts are well maintained and attractive outdoor surroundings; a friendly and professional management and maintenance staff; and the design of my unit. I really love the washer/dryer unit included in my living space and the ability to drive my car into an enclosed garage with immediate access to my apartment. I always feel safe when in my apartment or walking in the area and that is a priority for me.
I would not because of the management and parking issues.
Everyone in the leasing office is personable and caring. The maintenance staff always responds to any of my requests within 24 hours.
too many big SUVs in driveways that are too short - too many cars in the street. Also too many speedbumps.
The apartment I viewed was small for the price you are asking.
