Every since this new Manager took over things are not peaceful, the office llies to its tenants just to smooth you over they break there on policies, there's dope heads now running rampid thru the apartments, shootings, cars being broken into, people on the walkway holding dice games and the swimming pool hasn't worked in the 3 years I've been Here... Imagine getting off from work to try to get into your apartment but the police got it blocked off because somebody was shot true story....move In at your own risk!!! No place to raise a kid though

This people will not give you your deposit back they will not pay damages from flooding and there's scorpions all over. There's kids breaking windows and they don't do nothing about it! Cars get stolen often and security nowhere to be found be careful!!!!

I really feel as though I found my home. My first experience was with Jazmin in the office and she was so friendly and welcoming. And then when I was ready to apply she helped me through the entire process. Then on my move in day, I bugged her all day about stuff, but she helped me through everything. The property is very nice and very quiet. And I wa so surprised at how large the 1 bedroom is. I am very happy here and I hope to stay for awhile.

Before I go into my amazing experience, I want to clear up a few things: 1. Anyone who is from Las Vegas, is aware that we are right next to the Air Force Base and LVPD Gun Range. That is where the OCCASIONAL sounds come from but they are not distracting at all. Especially since we are a 24/7 city! 2. The rent rate always stays they same, when you first sign your lease you are informed of CAM fees you pay which vary due to amount of tenants living in area, basically that covers your trash, water and maintenance fees. You pay these fees also to handle any pest control or concerns you have and the staff gets your work orders done ASAP. 3. There are no bugs, if you see a bug and inform staff, office staff is all over it and has pest control out immediately. Also, it pays for the security systems we have in our apartments. If a tenant has failed to say they would like to set up the alarm system, that is not a staff problem, that is a lack of attention of the tenant problem. A lot of these reviews would be fixed, if people listened when they were signing their lease. Okay now read my amazing experience I've recently had: Melissa is so sweet and willing to see what she can do to help and she makes it happen. Marshall is phenomenal, he actually cares. Which in my experience is very rare when it comes to multi-family housing. Marshall has made a great improvement to the property and is always asking for feedback. He makes tenants feel valued and that our opinions matter. There are so many examples of all of this but the most recent is, I transferred over apartments and I wasn't so happy with the flooring and I came to Marshall to let him know he had my flooring replaced the next day, no questions asked. He has been in constant contact with me to make sure I am happy along with Melissa. Overall, Marshall, Melissa and maintenance staff deserve something for their outstanding attitudes and willingness to help, rather than just be comfortable and do the bare minimum. You guys need to be rewarded for your great work
I started looking at this apartment in December. The person that I've been working with since day one was Melissa. I made it very aware the previous apartment that I was in was horrible for $800 and that me and my cat deserve better! Also explained to her that I couldn't afford an apartment that wasn't worth it . She of course agreed, told me that she would have an apartment by the time I was ready to move. Moving forward, February 12th Thru the 18th I kept asking if I can come and see the apartment, they constantly told me it wasn't ready. The day that I was supposed to move in, they prolonged it,said it STILL wasn't ready. Which is fine by me because I would rather wait for my apartment to be ready then not ready at all(Did slighty worry me) Finally moved in on the 22nd of February. The following day I called the office, Melissa answered. I explained to her that I'm hearing crawling scratching noises on my roof, also asked her if it was still Ok to have my cat.. (mentioned as long as I kept it on the down low , I was Ok)Week after week they kept going up in the attic, at one point they brought nasty pigeons out of my attic. Which is not sanitary , at all. With the opening not being structured properly on the outside, it was pigeons living in my attic! Needless to say, just yesterday April 4th 2018 I heard a really loud noise in my attic and some scratches at 6 p.m. . The most scariest noise you can imagine. The office never answers the phone, and they prolong every order they are given. I have a Neighbor Next Door who paid 2 months worth of rent just to leave because he was hearing the same noises at the same time of day. They're going to keep losing people because they're not inspecting to full command. You can't tell someone in the apartment is ready, finally, and there's Beatles and pigeons living in my attic! There's NEW Apartments all around Las Vegas, go find you one of those. I'm hoping a miracle can happen and I don't have to be here for another 8 months. The staff is disappointing distasteful and lazy. I'm obviously not the only one saying this. Don't believe me? Sign up ha. I know a personal experience is a personal experience, but at some point with them being in a business like this - certain things need to be handled at a timely fashion in a timely manner..
Can I give them 0 stars? Seriously terrible. Apartment was not ready when showed up to move in, and they knew when we were coming for 2 weeks. When it was ready it was FILTHY and absolutely dirty. They had to call the cleaning ladies to come back and clean our apartment 2 separate times after we moved in, and each time they didn’t clean a thing. We had to live in someone else’s filth. And they eventually stopped answering our phone calls because they knew we were upset with them. When trying to move out, they said we owed the money it costs to move out, 2 months rent, $500, and keep our security deposit, AND since we were “so close” to the next month (5 days away) they said they needed an extra month of rent too. Plus the rent we paid for living there total of 22 days. It absolutely does not cost this much to get out of an apartment, EVER. So if you want to drop $5000 in a matter of 22 days, go for it and move here. They have ignored our countless phone calls and messages and emails, trying to sort things out. It is impossible to get a hold of them. They seem to be ignoring us just to wait until next month to close out our lease, just so they can make us pay for an extra month we were not even there for. I’m at loss of words at this point. It’s too bad, because the apartments themselves are good for the price. But not worth it whatsoever for the terrible experience you will have living there. This place is absolutely unacceptable. I am only trying to save people from this place. I wouldn’t wish this upon anyone. It was a train wreck from the beginning. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
The old management was super great, place was clean and security walked around and now since another company took over, the place went down hill. Now you pay extra like sewer and trash and rent has gone up. The there are trash piled up next to the dumpsters and there is a couch that was left at the dumpster and has been there going on for 4 weeks now and also no security to be seen. Just waiting for lease to expire, then were moving out. Oh they don,t show you the water bill, they just expect you to pay what ever they tell you to pay..
Love the views here at Avion at Sunrise Mountain. You get sweeping views of the mountains as well as views of the Las Vegas Strip; the best of both worlds! 24 access to the pool and fitness center make this apartment very appealing! The common areas are adequate but could use a little work. Parking can be tough at times for the second vehicle if you are trying to get close to your apartment to unload groceries and such. They have a great staff who are very friendly and willing to help if any issues arise which makes this apartment really feel like HOME.
Management here are so nice and helpful . When I first moved in they told me , welcome home. That made me feel so great like I was family. Maintanence here is very good and knows there stuff. Management here offers a lot of parties for residents as well as very helpful programs for those of us on social security. Thank You ..

I've lived here for a year and its the greatest place I've lived In so far. The staff is always nice and incredibly helpful, the property is quiet, things almost rarely happen here, the views at night are beautiful depending on which building you live in. One thing I dont particularly like is that the maintenance staff do not take any pride in their work, its just another paycheck for them.
