The apartment looks expensive but the materials are very cheap and easy to break
It?s clean, well kept, management is professional and friendly, not noisy or disruptive, just a great place to live
Even though some things have taken long to fix, fir the most part I feel my needs are met and feel others would also. Things can always improve.
We find the location convenient yet quiet and private. Our unit is great for us, we really use the two car attached garage for extra storage.
Very quiet environment. It's kept very clean. The only issues I have are with those people parking in Handicap parking spots that do not have a window tag or license plate indicating some type of disability exists.
If our elevator keeps working, we will be happy to recommend.
Positives - unit spacious, office staff nice, landscaping kept up nicely. Negatives - broken elevator for months, nonfunctional fob for months which resulted in no access to gym or pool, high prices, dog droppings, loud music, barking dogs, nonfunctional firepit for a year, stealing the seat and phone holder off my bike within a week of living there, paying for security when never saw a security person for a year of living there. And that is just off the top of my head.

For example, the elevator has been functional for some time now. We received a temporary part from the elevator company as we wait for the part we ordered to be delivered from out of the country. Additionally, the FOB system is fully functional. We are adding new card readers to the front and back entrance gate to accommodate to the older FOBs that didn’t’ work on the new system. The FOBs have always been working for the amenities however, so please come talk to our leasing team so we can fix this issue if your FOB is not working correctly. The maintenance of amenities and landscaping standards had fallen into disrepair. It does appear that there have been positive actions to bring the complex back to the superior level it was when I moved in approx. 4 years ago
Drawback is amenities that are down. Theatre room, key fobs, gate access, etc. lack of guest parking is difficult at times too.
gate situation is unacceptable not enough oversight of gates being left open or broken and the pool should be more closely monitored.
Personally, I don't believe our complex receives the support that is needed to maintain our property.
The apartment homes are very nice, a good value and the few concerns we have had have been addressed promptly.
We enjoy the complex, but this last service call was not helpful and cost me many hours of laundry work that should not have been necessary.
Nice complex and Nathaniel and the the office staff are very nice.
This was our first rental in about 15 years and we had a wonderful experience.
I would recommend this apartment community because of the quick response when a service request is submitted. The situation is handled in a professional manner.
Pros: The leasing agents in the office are kind. Gas powered stove. Cons: Smallest fridge I've ever had in over six different complexes I've lived in. Seriously. Open the fridge if you decide to tour this complex. If you cook daily it may not be for you. Ironic with the fact they have nice gas stoves. Thin walls Bugs Some amenities look pretty beat up, near broken, or dirty such as billiards cues which I was told would be getting replaced a month ago, poker table has bits of food in the cloth on the table for months, and a media room that has been closed since I toured the place 5 months ago apparently awaiting a projector bulb When I first moved in the apartment was clean, but I generally like to request my toilet seat be replaced as I do at every apartment complex I've lived in. The hot water wasn't working, and the water pressure is a little below mediocre and I see loads of bugs. I've lived in Phoenix for awhile now and on the first floor, but this is the most I've ever seen. The hallway to my door is filled with bugs and I hate to open my front door since every time I do at least a few get in. I actively try to exit through my garage to avoid having to open my front door even to just check my mail. I put in a work order for all of these and I was told that maintenance would get to me on Monday since it was Friday except for the hot water at least they'd come in the next day. That makes sense. On Saturday somebody from maintenance comes in and reads off all of my work orders to me and looked pretty annoyed that he had to come in today. I told him I'm cool with him just fixing the hot water so I could take a normal shower, but he said he's already here so may as well look at it all. He then basically begins to belittle me on my requests and explains that they sanitize the toilet seat before somebody new moves in so they won't replace it and also explains that garage doors are normally noisy. Great, thanks. The internet wiring is not configured for both of the ISPs that are provided necessarily in every apartment for every room so do be warned. The bug problem I was told was due to the monsoon, which sure is some of it, but also the fact there is an entire shopping center being made right next to the complex. I've had moths, crickets, spiders, earwigs, and most recently cockroaches. I clean my place daily and vacuum and sanitize everything with disinfectants weekly. This has not been ideal.
Office staff and maintenance were great. Great location and upscale apartment living.
The community is in a great location, is relatively new and the office & maintenance staff are terrific. Additionally, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. We very rarely hear anything outside of our unit (except the garages opening & closing).

It is expensive for the space offered, also the parking is comically horrible.
The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional (staff to include the leasing center and maintenance and even the gentleman that keeps grounds clean).
Grounds well kept. Staff responsive. Plenty of room in our 3 bedroom. Love the kitchen with double oven. Track lighting and fans with light kits very nice. Having new carpet was great. Valet trash a nice extra. Washer and dryer larger than expected. Love having a garage and driveway, with extra storage off the balcony. Also like the built in desk in off the kitchen area. Also enjoying the breakfast counter with nice lighting above.
Parking issues is the primary concern.
I have recommended Avion to many people.

I would recommend, however the cell connection and dog waste are a bit of a concern.
Well cared for, reasonable size community (not overly huge like the one North of us) with nice amenities, Apartment layout is excellent for privacy and quiet.
The complex is lovely in general but it needs some improvements. The lack of amenities for pet owners, the noise from garage doors for those living over garages, and delayed maintenance/follow up are issues that could give me pause to recommend.

Nice homes, nice pool, nice leasing agents that seem to care about their residents. Perfect location off the 101 and quiet area.
Great location. Nice place. Parking is a nightmare though and it's near impossible to have visitors.
Poor insulation. You can hear everyone around you moving at all times. Also, heavy increases in rent year over year. I would recommend this complex for those looking for a fun pool environment as we always enjoyed the summer months and the property was always clean.
Overall, the location is great, the property is pretty quiet, neighbors are friendly, apartment itself is beautiful, maintenance crew is really responsive.
Biggest complaint is the noise generated by apt. above. Floors must be cardboard thin. Can hear every move they make upstairs.

Too many kids in development..............especially when some of them live in the unit above you. Soundproofing isn't enough to drown out the sounds of small children running, jumping, etc. (I'm probably ready for a 55+ apartment complex)
This is the first problem I've had in two years. Don't know why the I had to call AUM 3 times. Either AUM didn't send the request or Avion didn't handle. Avion, especially Francisco is excellent every competent and friendly.
