AVLI AT CROSSTOWN CENTER

I lived here for 15 months. The apartments and community is pretty to look at. The smart home features are also nice. The pool is also great with the exception of all the rules. Unfortunately the apartments are built poorly causing me to not give 5 starts. You can hear everything between the hollow floors and thin walls. Even walking the hallways there is a big echo. If you like to have people over and listen to music reasonably i don't recommend living here unless you want to deal with complaints. Also many don't follow the valet trash rules causing the hallways to smell most of the time. The original management company was amazing. Can't speak much on the new management company. Definitely a horrible experience living here once the new management arrived. If i could have left sooner i would have. Also make sure you professionally clean your apartment or they will charge you when you move out. A sweep, vacuum, and mop is not good enough. Not worth the $400+ rent hike. Also building 3 will have the most parking. Building 2 the least.

The Avli at Crosstown Center is an amazing community! The warm, friendliness of management and staff is first class, especially Colin and Lily. We are very satisfied and happy we chose The Avli for our home.

First of all the staff is incredible especially Colin. He makes everything seem so wonderful, warm welcome and always has a smile on his face even under stressful days. The complex is beautiful and top notch! I'm enjoying living in my vacation home!! That's what it seems like anyway, seems like I'm on vacation! Absolutely love it here! Love the luxurious look and feel. Love the location. Its in the middle of everything, so travel is pretty effortless.

I love staying at the Avli so far! The staff has been amazing and very helpful whenever we have an issue. The amenities are top-notch and you won't find them anywhere else (trust me, I've looked). I couldn't be happier living here!

Was strongly considering choosing this place but after a nightmare of repeated attempts to get in contact with them, I decided against it. Before I even go into the communication issues, it should be noted that there is a $150 MANDATORY “smart home” package that is not listed anywhere - not their website or any other apartment search sites. They tell you this on the phone if you request a quote. Now to the massive communication fail... Over the last 2 weeks I have called and left messages (they’ve literally only answered the phone one time that I’ve called), emailed, submitted “contact us” forms and responded to multiple “follow up” emails that had the audacity to ask how my experience has been, if there’s anything they can do to further assist and a “we can’t wait to welcome you to the Avli family!” from the property manager (clearly automated because I’ve literally been trying to contact them for 2 weeks). The one time I was able to speak to someone to try to get a quote, I mentioned that I had been trying to get ahold of someone for information and they said they were “short staffed.” I finally received a quote and it didn’t include half of the information I asked for. So, I had to try to get ahold of someone again and you guessed it! Zero response to voicemails or emails. I truly have never had a worse experience while looking for apartments - it’s as if they don’t even want new residents. Really disappointed because this was my top choice, but can only imagine what living there would be like if I ever had to get ahold of them for anything.

Great location, amenities are great. Pet friendly. The only issue is spectrum community WiFi is horrible and the package system here is not great.

Since touring the complex staff were very rude. staff will attempt to find any reason they can to complain about living situations, especially if you speak your side of things and will just shut you down. You will be wayyyy Overcharged for “smarthome package” that really costs $29.99. Beautiful apartment but would never recommend to anybody.

This is the premier upscale property in the Brandon/Tampa area. Very close to terrific restaurants, shopping, etc. yet its setback location provides a quiet environment.

Let's start with the actual apartment. My wife and I have a two bedroom and love it. Kitchen is huge. We have more cabinets than she has stuff. Bedrooms are spacious and well thought out. Living room is comfortable and the balcony is bigger than we thought. The security was a huge reason we moved here. There are extra steps taken to ensure the security of the residents, and that is huge for us. Then you get to the monstrous gym, the heated saltwater pool, and the area surrounding the pool. All high quality and top notch. My wife and I believe we're living in a resort hotel. The staff here is fabulous. We worked primarily with Colin, and he has gone so far above and beyond to make this as simple and comfortable as possible. We definitely made a great choice moving here.

The Avli at Crosstown Center is stress less 10-minute drive to Downtown and South Tampa. But for those of us working from home, executive-level amenities and community spaces are modern and sophisticated. The selection of floor plans with premium finishes and appliances seal the deal. Plus, you'll be moving into a smart home community with Luxer One Package Lockers, so your online shopping is always delivered securely.

The Avli goes above and beyond all expectation. We feel as if we are living in a resort daily, and we are constantly speechless. The amenities, the gorgeous details in the apartment and the high end appliances are second to none. I adore this apartment, and I am so thankful we chose this community. That being said, you can tell that this community had a lot of thought put into it and they did not fall short in any of the details. From the high end decor in the common spaces, to the amenities in the gym and the resort style pool it really is such an amazing place to live. As this is a new community, I am sure there will be improvements as they receive feedback but where they have started has set the bar extremely high. I cannot imagine living anywhere except for The Avli and I am so glad we are here.

I know the avli was going to be home when I layed eyes on the outside building it self. Everything about the community compliments each other from the amazing community management team to the inside of the community building and hallways. You will definitely find perfect in the avli.
