I wish I could upload photos to prove what I’m about to say. My building and According to other residents, their buildings as well, all have a major issue with a German cockroach infestation. All grassy areas are filled with dog droppings from residents who don’t them pick up, and staff who ignores the issue, so forget about letting you kids play outside. Our water heaters also work intermittently at best. Cold showers are the norm, even in winter months. Mailbox has been broken into multiple times and has yet to be fixed bc I saw my buildings mail scattered on the ground again today. 50+ dollar water bills for water you have to brace to bathe in. Laundry room had also been down for a month so be prepared to drive to clean your clothes. This is not livable

I would advise anyone that will be renting apartment 2217 to stay away. My entire house smells like weed DAILY. I contact leasing , they will say they are not law enforcement. The neighbors just leave trash outside everywhere. When I initially, moved in the apartment was not cleaned. There was mold in my tub and baseboards. I put in a work order and they covered the mold with caulk. There is a reason, I signed a short term lease.

I lived here for 3 months. Its a trashy place. 1) The day of move in I found a cockroach, just a small one, but it wasn't a good sign. Ive found a few more since then, obviously there shouldn't be any... 2) The leasing office is slow to respond to anything, and are extremely inflexible. 3) The leasing office made a mistake and double-charged me rent (after I had payed in full in advance) and then served me an eviction notice for not paying the double charge that they mistakenly made, then to compensate for their mistake, they did nothing. 4) The laundry rooms suck and always smell bad. The card system they use is so old and inconvenient its ridiculous. 5) If you live in avondale, you will have to drive all the way to Aberdeen if you want anything to get done because it takes the leasing office a million years to do anything over email or phone. 6) Maintenance is not bad, but their system for notifying you that someone has been in your house is inadequate. Sometimes they leave a note, sometimes they don't. One time after a service, i came home from work to realize that they had left my apartment without power. 7) The apartments have windows that go directly to the courtyard stairs, this is unsafe as anyone willing to climb stairs has full access to your apartment, they could even just lift the window up from the outside. 8) The portal system that they use to take payments is garbage, its always breaking, it displays incorrect information, and it charges you service fees that are NOT EXPLAINED IN THE LEASE, for example an extra $47 service fee just to pay rent... RIDICULOUS.

Don’t even wast your time! This apartment has very thin walls, you will hear everything your neighbors upstairs do, every step as well. Maintence usually takes up to 3 days you will have to keep calling until they come. Parking lot is always full!! Sometimes you even have to park outside the gate which is not safe. I’ve heard gun shots a couple of times. Pool is always full. Gym is old and broken. Extra hidden fees. Etc... the list goes on

First of all the parking is horrible, if you get out of work after 9 pm good luck finding parking by your apartment you might have to park your car outside the gate. The gate NEVER works, it is always broken and gets fixed like only once a month. The safety in the apartments is not good, I have seen cars broken into and I have heard gun shots in the complex. The walls are extremely thin, you will hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbor. You will also smell everything everyone cooks around you and it will end up stinking up your own apartment. The office never answers the phone and will never return your voicemail. Maintenance takes up to 3 days to come to your apartment. The is always extra fees the office will make you pay so be prepare. Do not believe all the good reviews they are not true. I can't wait till my lease is up!

We moved in at the beginning of the year and have loved it here! The management is so helpful and sweet. We have not had any issues whatsoever! They just recently re-landscaped the courtyards which now look incredible! Great price for the size and area! Love it here!

I visited this property over the weekend in hopes to relocate back to this area. I am BIG on customer service and in that area received 0 stars. She didn't even make an attempt to get up to greet us. We were asked to sit down for the period of 30 minutes that we were there. I didn't even get to tour the property due to her help having the key and would not return on Monday. I guess that she wasn't planning on us staying as long as she did because Monday came quick, before we left her help came through the door with food. The whole time she seemed UNINTERESTED. Needless to say, I won't be considering nor returning to this property.

This is a really nice apartment. It's in a good neighborhood and the community is quite. I feel safe here, they are affordable and conveniently located near almost everything. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for an affordable, beautiful and safe home. PLUS, they have a state of the art gym.
We all know apartment living can be frustrating but this place has been a huge headache within the past year. First off, I do love the area/neighborhood where this apartment complex is located. There is a high turnover of office staff and property management, which makes it difficult to feel confident that things are being taken care of. I had multiple issues with my AC working properly this year....the first problem I had to request service 3 times (and escalate with threatening to not pay rent until it was fixed) before they would look at it. I was told the "this is Texas" and that this was normal....it was May and no where near the temps that we have seen in the past year and a half that I've been living here. RIDICULOUS!!! When they did check it out there was a leak in the unit and wasn't cooling properly. I had another issue with my AC not working AT ALL during the end of June/beginning of July and was told that due to a new policy (which was NEVER communicated with residents) they were unable to have the AC repaired outside normal office hours....but they were in the office, so wouldn't that have been normal office hours??? My apartment was 80 degrees for 3 days. Staff can be extremely rude and unhelpful if you have any problems. The washer/dryers in the laundry facilities on site don't always work and you shouldn't expect a refund with that. They tried to increase my rent for renewal to match that of a newly updated unit but without any of the updates....seriously? Neighbors within my courtyard throw trash wherever they walk and have no concern to clean it up. There have been times when the fitness center and pool have been closed (pool was closed during the summer) without notice of when to expect them to be usable and no reduction in rent. Those are amenities that the complex lists as being available and part of why they charge the rent they charge.

Okay so I moved in in May. They are doing repairs, upgrading things, adding more amenities. The one problem is that they are constantly changing management and staff. I don't like not knowing the people in charge of where I live, or being constantly asked if I am looking for an apartment and getting a disappointed oh when I tell them I already live there. I want to get to know the staff but they are not here long enough. They do however solve problems quickly and efficiently.
