Property Ratings at Avondwell Apartments in Avondale
The apartments are small, but perfect for a single person. The apartments are newly built and you can tell. They look sleek and modern. The appliances were all up to date and the management is amazing. Red Rock Realty was fantastic and you can text the manager Tamara with any issues and she gets things handled quickly! Honestly miss living there sometimes.
I moved in in May of 2022 right after the apartments were built, and moved in May 2023 for job relocation. I enjoyed living at Avondwell and I miss it! It was quiet, I never heard noises from the surrounding apartments. My neighbors were friendly and courteous. I loved being close to so many things. My dog and I went to the park almost daily, it's truly beautiful and was so close. Red Rock was great to rent from, my questions and any maintenance issues were addressed quickly. If I find myself back in Birmingham I will definitely go back to Red Rock Realty Group to find my next home.
