Property Ratings at Avonlea Westside
The amount of space you're getting is great, but be warned that if you move into a non-renovated unit (especially towards the front entrance to the property at the moment) you are currently at HIGH RISK of your lease agreement being broken by ownership so that the building can be gutted. We moved in in August (after signing a 1yr lease) and got a letter less than 2.5mos later that they wanted us out so they could gut & renovate. It was a headache trying to get another unit on property following that news. That unit had a major cockroach problem and neighbors that played extremely loud bass almost every night. The pool is nice and the maintenance staff is INCREDIBLE, but if you're considering this property be very, very cautious of the above.

As soon as you walk into the Leasing office, Everyone is very attentive and willing to help. Maintenance is very professional and helpful. I love living here. The amenities is nice. And it’s very quiet here.

The AMAZING leasing team at Avonlea West are complete stands out. Led by Kayla, Candice and Amanda are always very personable and accommodating while also being reasonable when it comes to their residents needs. With the rising rent cost in the city, I was drawn to the community solely based on a previous review I read about Kayla. A good lease holder and property manager relationship is all about compromise and being realistic. This team has more understanding and accommodating then any other property I've worked with in the past. There's always a community event to attend and they are always giving away gifts for resident appreciation.

My move in experience was great. Celeste was so helpful when I came in for the tour and helped me every step of the way to ensure I secured the ideal unit for me. I couldn’t have asked for better help and support! I also had a small plate missing from the bottom fridge when I moved in and maintenance was very effective and fast and replaced it and notified me when complete. The unit itself and the neighborhood is nice and quiet with modern renovations. Very clean , no pest, plenty of parking l, friendly neighbors. You can’t beat this price and quality for a 2 bedroom townhouse in the city of Atlanta. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a spacious modern townhouse in a quiet family friendly neighborhood that’s super central to everything in Atlanta.
I have been waiting on them to refund me my deposit check for over 2 months. I keep getting the run around. Everything has to go through their corporate office. I called the corporate office and left several messages and no one has called me back. Dont waste your time or money here. Atlanta has alot better places to rent from. You have been warned.
I have lived her before in 2010-2011. I will say they have had a lot of cosmetic updates! This time around is very different for sure! I have encountered issue in this move and thereafter. However, the property manager Ashieley, has been great! She is very responsive and prompt. I have had several issues and she has addressed them accordingly. Ms. Ashieley makes the stress from it all better. Just knowing you have a contact that cares to address your concerns diligently means so much. From a business aspect, I can say she not only shows the great leadership but also has the drive to implement changes. Very pleased with the management. Ashieley is great!!
