Avril Cambridge Village

Look no further. I got a new job in Charlotte so we moved here about a year ago and love it. The management is fantastic and the so are the gym and pool area. Our apartment is new and very quiet. All the neighbors are professional and nice. This place is 5 stars for sure!

Jasmine, Kenny, and Farrah are a wonderful team. Their professionalism and care create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Communication is impeccable, and maintenance is swift and respectful to both pets and property. A true gem for anyone seeking a top-tier living experience.

Ive been at Avril for a few months so far and absolutely love it. From start to finish the process has been great. Kenny in the office has been a giant help. Very knowledgeable and extremely prompt when emailed or called. The apartment itself is great, the clubhouse is also top shelf. Pool/Gym/ game room are fantastic. Highly recommend Avril Cambridge.

Me and my husband just got married and we were looking for the perfect place to start our new life together, Avril Cambridge Village was the perfect place to start! The Amenities are excellent, they are pet friendly, all of the neighbors are so incredibly sweet, and also in a perfect location! 10/10 recommend!

I moved here to be closer to family in August and though I have only been in my apartment only a month I feel completely at home. My apartment is so pretty and peaceful . I am very happy to have picked this apartment complex Avril Cambridge Village Apartments. I am so impressed with the management and maintenance people at the project they make all the difference in living here.

The apartment complex is located in a great area easy access to a variety of business. The complex is clear and the customer service is awesome.

I wanted to sell my house and move out of Charlotte. I really like the Denver area. I came along Avril Cambridge Village and fell in love. I spoke to Kahlia at the front office and submitted my application. Upon approval I ran into some issues with selling my house. Kahlia went above and beyond to make sure I was able to become a resident at Avril. I am beyond grateful for all that Kahlia was able to do for me. Since I have moved in I have fell even more in love with Avril. My apartment is so nice, new, and my neighbors have been pleasant. I haven’t heard any noises and I have zero complaints! The neighborhood is very dog friendly which I love because my dog is my companion.

Avril at Cambridge are the best apartments I have lived at. From the great amenities to the wonderful staff this place is a 10 out of 10.
