Where do I begin!!! Don’t rent here!!! Let start with the dirty birds that roam around eating trash!! Noisy inconsiderate neighbors; bug infested apartments; overpriced and poorly managed!!!

had said I wouldn't waste more energy and peace on this and for few bucks, but I believe this it is important as a community and neighbors. The community manager. has the worst attitude I have seen for a customer service employee, She signed off and took all the security deposit $600 claiming I left the carpet dirty...I lived there for more than 3 years, and had maintained on a yearly vapor cleaning. 3 years it's enough time anyway to fully replace any carpet, due normal wear and tear and when I went there to ask when I moved all and to after to return the key for walkthrough I was told not once but twice that it was not necessary, bc this unit was and old one and was schedule to be demolished for renovation right after I moved out. Beside it was all in my opinion very aggressive attitude against me as a former neighbour, but it was not the first time: During Covid I informed I was going to be late for 5 days due family matters and was charged $150 late fees, when I came for help she almost laughed at me saying that she could do it bc I had a late payment 2 years ago, due a bank acc error I had. Also when moved out I had a 4 packages missing, and one was delivered after I moved out and I called one of the awesome guys at the office Matheus to help me save it, he place it on the shipping room. when I went to ask for the deposit to be returned, I asked the manager Mrs. Erazo if she could give me a shipping room code since mine wasn't woking she replied no automatically, bc I was not living there, thanks God, Matheus was there and remembered I had called him for it, then she gave me the code. I have 3 Electronic desk missing that were delivered there delayed due covid and I'm trying to track, I've been in contact with International shipment company and USPS I hope I can locate them. Last but no least, this condo has a great units maintenance team, they are professional and friendly. The cons there are a lot of monthly "extra" but no optional charges that add up to the "lease". Also I lived 3 years there where the club house, gym and main pool were closed for at least 2 years, first to renovation and after due Covid. Also I noticed that since December half of the common area lights are off it, makes the community look creepy at night I guess to save money, but not sure how it works out with the perimeter security.

I am so sorry that you have experienced this. I am the new Manager and I hope to change your thoughts. We can meet in person if you'd like to discuss this further.
I have lived at Axis for almost two years now. I just resigned my lease. I initially had many problems with the leasing office/management. Within the past year they've brought in new management and I can honestly say that it's for the better, and to my comfort they've recently added in security gates. I am always helped by maintenance the day I call. They have been more than understanding with everything that's been going on with Covid, and they made resigning my lease a breeze. There are some issues I've had, but none that haven't been fixed immediately and everyone is so nice.

Hello, thank you for your kind words and this wonderful review! If you have any further questions, please give us a call. We're always happy to help!
would not recommend living here. complex is beautiful on the outside but when you look close, it's terrible. so many issues with leasing and they're not easy to contact. they're extremely disorganized. my ceiling leaks during storms and gets my clothes soaking wet. SO many bug issues, food not in the fridge gets infested with ants. valet trash is awesome and the gym is not too bad and convenient but the amount of poor experiences I have had at this complex is just not worth the money. at all.

I recently moved from the Delray Verana/ Axis after 2 years. The security is a joke no gates bad neighborhood across the street who use the gym and pool facilities cops are called daily due to trespassers. A lot of break-ins not reported they are more interested in building new office then putting up gates for security.

Hello, thank you for leaving us your feedback, however, we are disappointed that this was your experience. WE are working on improving our community as a whole and there has been strides to show our changes. Trespassing is not allowed on our community and we are enforcing this with the help of Delray Beach Police. Axis Delray Beach will also be installing gates approximately, in September. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we can improve. We hope you will consider us again in the future. Take care.
Excellent experience from start to finish. Robert took care of my wife and I and walked us through the entire process while we were in Alaska making the whole move so much easier. He epitomizes excellent customer service we can’t thank him enough for all that he’s done for us!!

Hello, We're happy you had an excellent experience with Robert and that he made your move to your new home a smooth transition here at Axis Delray Beach. Thank you again for the great review! Have a fantastic day!
The place is beautiful and all, but things are shoddily done and the neighbors can literally destroy your life and your health. We live in the townhomes and our immediate neighbors are destroying my health with migraine after migraine, being just really trashy and very, very loud. I can be in my bedroom trying to rest, windows closed, earplugs shoved into my ears all the way to the eardrum and they're still so loud that I get repeated migraines from it. They think the whole area behind the townhomes is their "backyard" and they BLAST music, talk, laugh, and sing very loudly. I've never experienced anything like this. The place might look nice, but they let the trashiest people in here and you can easily get stuck next to people like this. DO! NOT! MOVE! HERE! I can't believe we pay this much $$ in rent to have such a low quality of life and so much pain and misery. I have friends and family that are all migrating to this area, I tell them not to even consider moving into this place of hell. Total hell.

Hi, we regret to hear that you had a negative experience. Please contact our manager at 561-330-6995 to help. Thank you.
They have no attention to detail in completing work orders. Sometimes it takes a third work order for the work to be completed correctly. For the rent price, the quality is subpar to say the least. The AC unit in the apartment above mine leaked into my apartment. The ceiling and walls in my hallway had major water staining damage. I asked them for a dehumidifier because I have allergies and I didn't want to breathe mold. She said she thought they had one, but after a couple calls they never sent one over. They instead told me to wait for it to dry, and they would paint over it with an oil-based paint. Yeah, that's what they did. There are still stain spots on the popcorn ceiling, and the places where they painted are CLEARLY visible. It looks terrible. The paint job in the entire apartment is unprofessional: splotches, runs, etc. But in the hallway it just looks like someone covered up water damage, because that's what they did. They finally repainted this, after several months. This is an unprofessional way to do business. As of now, I can't recommend this place to anybody. It's under new management, and I thought maybe that the new management would turn this place around. They haven't. I sent an email to the property manager right after they took over explaining how unsatisfied I am with the quality and value of my apartment. He never responded. Eventually, after I requested that my filthy and old carpet be replaced, he called me asking if I would be renewing my lease or else they would not replace the carpet. I told him again how unsatisfied I am with my apartment and how I sent him the email several months before about that. He tried to act like I never sent an email to him, but I forwarded that email to him showing his current email address. He had no answer, just excuses and every explanation he could think of for why the situation is normal. Don't let them tell you that they have the only available apartments in the area. There are others. This place alone has two empty apartments directly next to me. There's a good reason they have these empty apartments. I don't recommend this place to anybody. This apartment complex preys on people moving from other states who are used to paying high rental prices. There is nothing premium about this apartment complex. I can see value in this place if the rent is about $200 less than it is. Otherwise, there are other places with better value in the area.
There are other places around the same price that are much nicer. this is worst community you can ever live.
This is not the place to call home. The units are old, the appliances and the A/C is old, noisy and doesn't work. Management is not allowed to be contacted over the weekend when you have a major issue, I guess they have something better to do. The A/C in my unit broke and it's been over 5 days and still not repaired. They don't care about the residents. It is not a nice place especially for the money.
Over priced for the quality of everything included in the unit. Resident since 2014. Through my personal experience, i can not recommend, nor can i agree with the other reviews regarding the development... its smiles and giggles until the leasing contract is signed.
Great location, apartment is really nice and very spacious. Can be a bit slow with repairs but overall good customer service and nice neighborhood.
delray veranda is a fantastic place to live it's gated when a tropical setting for cool sitting on a very hot day.a gorgeous view of a lake for those who are fortunate to a rent with this view you will be able to see the ducks and his family floating down lake or enjoy fishing and maybe after you catch a few you'll be able to probably Fry them on the outside grill better yet the grill by the pool and take a dip to really cool off from the hot day of fishing.the apartments themselves are fantastic very roomy and spacious with a very nice size patio hi ceilings walk-in closet very spacious bathrooms I've been here for 3 years and I love it and as my six years old grandbaby says this is a place to call home yes home because everything is so accessible shopping easy access to 95 or the Turnpike fine dining a night out on the town easy access to the beach within minutes so join us at the Delray veranda
The rooms are a great size and the community is very quiet. Super pet friendly with a dog park. There are two pools, a renovated gym, and townhouse options. Really close to the I-95, Target, Walmart, and tons of food options. Very close to Delray's night life on Atlantic Ave. Overall a great place to live for a great price!
I am a current resident in delray verana and i have absolutly no regrets about moving here. I rent a townhome and its just under 1400 sq feet very reasonable monthly rent i have two dogs and fhe pet fee is very nice about $20 a month for the two. The grounds are nice and maintained the maintenance people are very quick and very nice. There is a dog park tennis courts two gyms and two pools all very new and very clean. The office staff are prompt and polite. My unit came with an updated kitchen hard wood floors and a nice patio area outback. The neighborhood is right off i95 and very close to every grociery store and restaraunt you cld imagine. Literally 5 less then 5 min from publix, walmart, trafer joes, home depot, target, outback, longhorn steak house and every fast food chain there is. 10 min from the beach and 15 min from down town. Very safe community there are several law enforcement officer who live in the community as well. Over i could not be happier it was a breeze moving in.
They were easy to deal with and made moving I very easy. I have been living here two years and love it!
