This is the third apartment complex we’ve lived in and by far the nicest and most well kept. While the rent prices are high, they are comparable to others and offer the best amenities. So far we’ve been very happy with our decision.

Upon moving in we had to have an exterminator come not once, not twice, but three times to deal with the ant problem. These apartments are brand new but the landlords tricks are not. The fundamental and unfixable problem with this property is the parking. There is literally not enough spots for every person to have a spot. Which, in turn, incentivizes the *paid parking* which there are plenty of. If you ask the management where to park when all the spots are full (which they are every single night) management will tell you to simply buy the paid parking spots. What if you don’t want to do that? That’s tough you have to park somewhere else or you are towed for being anywhere thats not a spot. The last owners tried to set up a system that had residents register their cars so they could tow random cars that were taking spots, but they never implemented it. The new owners will definitely not be doing anything to ensure that other then cracking down on towing RESIDENTS who have no place to park. I have also had issues with my rent payments going to other residents rent balances and then I get charged a late fee for not paying the rent. Stay away! while the rooms are nice they are hardly worth the price they charge given all the problems.

Since day 1 I’ve loved it here! From maintenance, to the associates in the front office are amazing.
The staff here is awesome! They are super helpful and very professional. I’ve been here for almost a year and it’s been a very enjoyable experience. My neighbors have been cool to get to know as well!
I moved to Texas from St Louis and the office staff has been a pleasure to work with. They were so helpful from the beginning when they sent me several videos of all the units I was interest in leasing. I ended up leasing the 1 bedroom with the study and it has been perfect since i work from home. Parking is a little tight but I did get a garage so I haven't had a problem. They also have the biggest pet park I seen in an apartment complex, my little George love it! 10/10
I do not recommend moving to this property. The parking is terrible, the grounds can be nasty, there’s one elevator per building and the rooms to the apartment are small.
The apartments are nice. They need to figure out a better resolution for parking. Fix the exit gate, and work on the Ant beds that literally everywhere
I honestly love it there except the parking, where there's not enough for all residents. But also the elevator, halls and stair wells used to be clean but now they're trashy every day.
The location and the apartment itself is great. The application process and moving in went great as well. But we continue to have issues with our fridge. We have thrown out 100s of dollars of groceries because of that and we get told that we have to wait for a pet for the fridge. Then we got a “new” fridge that stater having those issues as well. I asked if we could bring our own refrigerator and they told us no. Very unhappy about that.

Very nice apartment and amenities! Do not expect to communicate with any branch of Alta Grand Crossing as it will promptly be ignored. Example: In the next question on this form, this appears: " Are there any specific issues or concerns about which you would like to be contacted by community management? (If you have any new service requests, please submit them directly to your community office.)" They invite you to give feedback, and immediately tell you to talk to someone else. The problem is that no one is at the office, they answer the phone only 25% of the time, and they close new maintenance calls without ever addressing them.
My garage door still will not close when the sun is out. I can not use the either computer connection in my room. The people who built the apartments broke the cable. Therefore I can not use the internet in my room. The flooring is coming undone by my stove, the front door is not properly sealed, letting cooled air out. The front gate is pointless, anyone can get in the apartments. All they have to do is push the gate button to get in. The exit gate take 40 seconds to open. Everyone is using the entrance gate to exit. You have to put the valet trash can out with the trash. It's stupid and pointless. And what I hate is that there have been times people would put trash in my valet trash.
I’ve been on a lot of properties although it’s brand new, it’s very lovely of course, the price is very high but what isn’t. If I had my way I would definitely Stay here
My husband and I drove across the country 15 hours to live in this establishment, and the we are not here even 24 hours and our car gets towed! We had been talking to our leasing agent Sarah, and NOT ONCE was there any mention of private parking and towing AND there is no sign or marking on the ground saying spots are reserved. We are highly disappointed because we were hoping to have a great experience for or first residence in Texas and now this establishment will not reimburse us AND gave us the wrong number to contact towing TWICE!! ALWAYS BE VIGILANT!! I would not be surprised if they had a deal with the towing company and do not mention this on purpose to get a cut!
The complex is not just where I live-It’s my home and it feels this way because of the family feel that I get whenever I get to the office and all the amenities that make me feel like I’m in a hotel or resort-My favorite. although I like them all is BAILEE!! Love my home!!
So far I have been here for about 3 months and our living accommodations couldn’t be more perfect. We are so close to many different businesses, restaurants, and leisure activities. We barely have to step outside of Grand Prairie because we are in the perfect location. The staff is all around amazing and the community is very friendly and welcoming.

ALT GC is a beautiful hybrid of apartment life with a home feel—the hallways and elevators remind me of a hotel and I get to live my life like I’m always in vacation-The location and surrounding shopping and eating options is amazing!! You wanna do more than visit here—you’ll wanna move in!!
This is a fair apartment complex. You can tell that it’s brand new and there are a lot of kinks to be sorted through. The parking is really bad, the mailing system is a handful and the hallways usually smell bad.
I had an amazing experience with Alta Grand Crossing. The apartments are very up to date and clean. If you need any help at all I HIGHLY suggest talking to Bailee! She was so sweet and helpful and answered all the questions I could possibly have! Highly recommend

This has been such a pleasing experience! It is our first time getting an apartment and everything was so smooth, easy, and straight forward. The service we received since the beginning was so welcoming and refreshing. We loved working with Monica she was very responsive, informational, patient, kind, and always with a smile! The facilities are clean, new, and the area feels so safe.

This is by far the best apartment experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, this leasing office has been top notch! Bailee and Monica helped me in the beginning when I was looking for a new place. She was patient, kind, and never felt pushed to rent with them. They provided a great deal and exceptional service. Every single request I had, the team was all over it with a smile.
I loved this place. My boyfriend and I visited and Keiandra was such a delight to work with. She was very knowledgeable about the facilities and truly just enjoyable to be around.
With traffic being so bad in the DFW area, I find this location of my apartment to be the best. Off I-20 and 360, makes it easy for me to get to everything I need and easy commute to either Dallas or Fort Worth. I will say that parking was and has been a challenge but I expected some issues knowing I was moving into a new place and heavy construction still going on. The leasing agent made that very clear, including the parking issue when I leased. They were pleasant to work with and have addressed any questions that I have had.
One star is being generous. I can not believe the staff was so two faced and unprofessional. Sarah was the only helpful person there and I wish she helped us from the beginning. Very disappointed.
