Among the 12 parks in town, Papillion residents regularly enjoy Halleck Park, which is situated at the center of town and features walking trails and canopy shade trees. Kids enjoy time at the Papio Fun Park and its water park. A number of events occur annually in the city, such as parades down Main Street, festivals, and marathons.

This is by far the worst apartment for parking and has poor management. If you move in good luck finding a place to park your vehicle.

I love living here. The maintenance guys, especially Akin and Nolan are super helpful. They all get stuff done quick. The property manager is super sweet and understanding and she gets things done in a timely manner. The leasing agent is super friendly and easy too!

I recently took a tour of the property and signed a lease on a 2br/2ba townhome. The rental experience was top notch, from the initial tour all the way through the application and lease process. The property is beautiful and the unit was recently built, so everything feels very clean and new. I can't wait to move in!

My wife and I moved in here January of 2023. We have encountered a few issues in the apartment, but we expected that as we have lived in new construction apartments before. All of our issues were delt with in a timely manner and resolved. The current management team is awesome. We have been dealing with Joscelyn from the beginning. She has been so helpful starting with our first visit to the complex. I personally have delt with Anthony on several issues over the last few months. Anthony is one of the most personable professionals that I have ever met. He is very empathetic when there are issues and very prompt to resolve them. Parking can be a challenge at times, but I don't mind walking a short distance from my vehicle. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a new home.

My spouse and I have had a consistently negative experience with this apartment complex starting from day one. We just recently took possession of our second unit in this complex, and just like our initial experience with the property management team has left us feeling disappointed and frustrated. From the very beginning, it seemed like our concerns were being ignored instead of being addressed promptly and effectively. With our new unit; one of the main issues we encountered was with the carpet in our master bedroom. On the day we took possession, we noticed some significant stains and wear and tear. We immediately brought this to the attention of the property management team, hoping for a solution. However, instead of being met with a willingness to help, we felt like our concerns were being brushed aside. We requested an additional carpet cleaning or even a replacement, but were met with resistance and minimal effort to address the issue. It took us escalating the issue to higher management to finally get a cleaning, where we were informed that the carpet had not been cleaned before and yet the complex charges all move outs with a mandatory carpet cleaning fee. Additionally, the odor we were smelling was in fact smoke, despite the property staff denying it. We also had other cleanliness issues in the apartment, which the property staff made it seem like it was our responsibility to clean, even though they had previously assured us that the unit would be 100% move-in ready. We were extremely disappointed and baffled at the time of the property manager when bringing this to her attention. Another problem we encountered was with our washing machine. Upon moving in, we noticed a pungent odor emanating from it along with many cleanliness issues. We reported this issue to the property management team first thing, who assured us that a cleaning cycle would resolve the problem; however, after 2 cleanings from maintenance and multiple from my wife the smell persists. The washing machine now has dirt and pet hair (that is from the previous tenant) accumulated in the barrel, which has remained in the barrel after each cleaning cycle. You will be left dealing with issues for weeks with slow or no help.

Parking is an absolute disaster for starters, which other tenants always talk about - I wish someone had mentioned this prior to my move in which is why I am writing this review. My biggest concern recently was the company notifying every tenant via email that they would be enterting our homes for a spot inspection without a legal 24 hour notice - they later cancelled this inspection but offered zero information as to what was going on. They also do not enforce the requirement of cleaning up after your pets - both picking up after them in the grass and urine in the apartment entrances on the carpet. Another reoccuring issue is no one answering the phone at the apartment office, sometimes you get lucky but it's virtually impossible to talk to them. And with one person available at a time in person, walking in for assistance is not worth the time either. Again, this is a beautiful community but there are additional things to consider prior to deciding to live here that should be mentioned.
