Good neighborhood. Staff are helpful and friendly. Maintenance fixes issues pretty quickly- a few days at most between making the order and appliance repair.
Overall quiet, clean, responsive community. Neighbors are friendly and it seems to be safe! Would definitely recommend

It was a great location and the view from my apartment was amazing. However, I was married in July and moved to Santa Fe. I moved in when the apartments were known as Sombre del Oso. Enjoyed my time there for 10 years, the staff,in the office or on the grounds, were always gracious. Thank you all.

I Love It here so quiet and no issues with neighbors or non-neighbors. The children here are not loud or crazy like other complexes. We couldn't have chose a better place to call home

Aydan apartments has given me an extremely negative resident experience and I have only been in the community for 1 month. Maintenance staff is under the influence and extremely unprofessional. Wait times for open tickets takes weeks. Leasing agents were unclear in communication and lack urgency or connection to on going issues. No follow is provided by management, leasing agents or maintenance.

The apartment overall is nice , maintenance usually takes a while to get things fixed I had to reach out multiple times before because what I called to get fixed just got stared and left it until I reached back out saying when is this going to get fixed , another issue I been having is I got told I’m not the only resident waiting to try and order a key to the gym and pool. I been waiting for over 2 weeks and they keep telling me it’s not up to them that they can just call and make more due to budgeting when they are charging us $50 to get a new one. It’s not the best but it could be worst. I guess right ? No insect problems or theft which is a solid win.

So far, so good. I'm enjoying the beautiful scenery from a top floor. It feels like a luxury to have such an amazing view. Office staff has been very helpful since day one. Very satisfied overall!

Theoughout my first month living here there are no complaints! Neighbors cannot be heard through the thick walls and the leasing office was extremely helpful! Rent is on the good side and the apartment is everything I prayed for! I would recommend this apartment to everyone I know!

I had three maintenance requests. I had been meaning to address a few small things around the apartment since moving in. I submitted the requests on the portal one evening and the maintenance team at Aydan completed them all in a single day! I was super grateful and surprised to see it all happen so swiftly.

If your having a hard time like I did my hours got cut badly good luck because they will not work with you at all this is the only place that I have live there for a short time that they won't even try to work with you

Maintenance staff is quick to respond to work orders and the office staff is professional and friendly.
I wasnt showed the apartment that I would be moving in to when me and my pregnant wife took when we first moved in, when we did our apartment was not in the shape we expected it to be. The drawers were broken, the kitchen sink was loose, the microwave still doesnt heat up, the washer and dryer were both full of hair and black and green residue from previous tenants, multiple wall outlets have sparked across our home when trying to plug anything in. And then the tub has mold growing in the cracks where they keep painting over it with a specialised cheap coating that breaks in three months and in order to get it fixed we have to be out of our house all day. And we have a newborn baby. On top of that it took a very long time to get our swamp cooler fixed. It still isnt. My apartment gets up to 95 degrees. Even at night. It doesnt blow cold air.
My experience with Aydan was rocky at first, but that may be my own flaw of high expectations when you pay so much for rent and amenities. I had moved here from out of state and did not see the apartment before I moved in. There were some small issues upon move in, but management was very quick to fix anything I came across. They have been easy to work with and the staff are very helpful.
My commute time to work and back is good if the roads are not icy early in the morning. This apartment complex is geared towards people that love their pets like dogs and cats, also to college students to share rent and mainly younger generations with family and pets.
Calm & clean community. Very respectful & helpful staff. Made it really easy to get my new family in a home.
Aydan, without a doubt, one of the best apartments, all its services and facilities make life a pleasure. I am very happy to have found an opportunity to reside in Aydan. I recommend it.

This place is cheap, but not as inexpensive as it should be. They will repaint your stairs INSTEAD of fixing your maintenance requests.
Horrible service with maintenance, front office never has a response they never even answer they're phone or return phone calls. Maintenance request will be pending for over a month.
Aydan has been nothing but a lack of communication, incomplete work orders and unprofessionalism. There is no outside lighting around our building and in our entry way for the past two months with no update or tempory fix. It's an increased risk for crime and is unsafe.

Had an appointment, showed up early and sat till halfway through my appointment time and nobody showed up. If they can’t be bothered to show up for a scheduled appointment then they can’t be trusted with your money
Maintenance is horrible as well as management they don't care about the health of their tenants. Apartment has mold the bath tub is painted over years of paint. Only thing this place has going for them is the convenient location but over priced for the quality.
They never get around to the maintenance requests I’ve put in!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent here. This is an old, poorly maintained apartment complex that charges exorbitant rent for miniscule apartments with no air conditioning (only poorly operating swamp coolers). They claim they are "improving" the complex but they are simply putting lipstick on a pig.

Oh there is nothing but issues here. First 3 months with no oven that was mention on day1 of move in. A/c wasn't turnd on until mid June and thats aweful in new mexico. Saying that work orders are completed but never have been worked on. Management dosent care about well being and safety.
The whole complex is a mess they’re renovating which is nice but they don’t have one of those big trashes that they should have to throw all of the things away so the trash os overflowing all the time which looks disgusting every time we drive through
The complex has had no air conditioning for the entire season. My apartment has been miserable to live in, resulting in me having to sent my pet to pet care while I wait for my air conditioner to be set up. Additionally, my rent had increased after every term lease is up and I’m still living in an outdated apartment with a cracked shower, and never received a dryer filter for my dryer when I originally moved in, last august. Other units have had air conditioning for a month while others are still waiting for it. Absolutely unacceptable, the complex has been reported to housing authority at this point. They are advertising for their pool, yet the pool was supposed to be open after Memorial Day and still no pool opening. Do not waste your time with this complex, I wish I would have known sooner

This place would be nice if the communication was better. I’m not satisfied living here. I’ve been here 10 days and it’s been the worst apartment experience I’ve ever had. There are cockroaches, my vents in my apartment have left over hair from the last tenants, the swamp cooler doesn’t work, my unit is supposed to be updated but the maintenance guy said it has the original outlets and switches. My blinds for my sliding door are nasty and broken. Today one of the workers came over my patio and started moving my things then knocked on my patio door. Like what. Very unprofessional and I wasn’t even notified they were coming.
These apartments are old, they need to not worry about what their office looks like and concentrate more on what their residents are living in. If corporate wants 100% occupancy, give the people apartments that they want to stay in for long-term. We need BETTER air conditioners in 90° plus weather, my child has had heat rash several times while waiting to get the old swamp coolers turned on. We still have to run a portable AC and two oscillating fans to keep it under 85 in this apartment even with AC running. The outside is old patios are falling apart, nails are popping up, though I guess that project is being fixed. The gym consistently gets things stolen out of it but no one has fixed it, it has been over six months since we have been able to pick up our mail from our home due to break ins, and we always have to go to the post office and wait in a line that wraps longer than the post office is wide. The few friendly staff is no longer here, and new management is, management
These apartments are so expensive and not up to par for the price we pay. Staff is not friendly to work with abs ignore all concerns. Make it livable for the price we pay.
Horrible place to live. Don’t move here. Hidden fees every month. They don’t help with maintenance repairs.
Its nice area to live in. New Management and old management both didnt reply or take matters seriously. They where serious about being late one day on rent and posting it on your door but cant fix miner things in the apartment when requested. When they did show up it was poorly done.
This apartment complex does not care about tenant safety. The year contract cant go by any quicker.
Ive lived in many different places never have I been treated the way I have here would not recommend it.
