I recently had a good customer experience with Jaylin. I was apartment hunting and had many questions about the available units, amenities, and lease terms. Jaylin was beneficial and patient, answering all my questions thoroughly. She even took the time to show me multiple units and explain their differences. What stood out the most was her willingness to go above and beyond. She got good energy too.
Don’t move here, if your looking for a quiet place to call home this is definitely not for you !! I’ve only been here a couple of months and can’t wait till my lease ends first I had to deal with cockroaches then mold now mice !! Not to mention the tenant over top of me has three boy's whom jump from the time they get up till last thing@ night so much that my light literally broke.Not surprised there’s mice considering.Make sure you look at the apartment your moving in not the model or you will be disappointed

DONT MOVE IN!! I’ve seen mixed reviews about this apartment and I questioned it to the rental office and was told they wasn’t true. I just moved in, relocating from another state. This is my worst nightmare. The pictures online is not what the apartments looked like, they are pictures of the models apartments and updated apartments that is not being rented no time soon. There’s roaches that’s coming from the vents, the plug holes has sparks coming from them and the apartment ceiling has water damage. Which probably explains why one of the other building caught on fire. The people above and below me are inconsiderate. DO NOT move in without seeing the apartment first or requesting a virtual tour because you will not get the truth from the rental office staff. I’m currently taking legal actions.

This is the worst apartment complex in Atlanta. They do not care about the residents. In under one year, I’ve placed more than 8 noise complaints about my neighbors upstairs, particularly a dog that barks for 10 min at 6AM which has woken me up several times, and I’m told that i can’t expect a perfectly quiet apartment in response. The staff in the office is mostly terrible besides one or two women that do their best to help. The apartments are not well kept at all and you should expect to make several maintenance requests upon moving in to have them actually make the apartment presentable. The noise around you is hit or miss. If it’s loud, they’ll tell you an empty promise of going to verify the noise and then it’ll continue the day after as if nothing happened. If you care about your quality of life, stay away from this complex
Azalea park staff have repeatedly closed work orders without verifying the issues have been addressed. Finishes are cheap, terrible, and repairs are needed often. Ceiling plaster the size of dinner plates fall, and staff say this is normal with an aging building. The door was kicked in, and they rehung the door with 2” brass screws and glued the door frame back together. The laundry room ceiling swelled from water damage, and the staff repeatedly ignore my messages and emails. Going to the office results in mediocre delivery on promises. Given the comparable rents in the area, I would recommend considering other apartment complexes.

I just moved in 2 weeks ago and I’m having the worse problems with my unit. From bugs, to power outage, to bad customer service, stray cats, bad wiring, and the list continues!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

I have no idea who wrote the positive reviews, but I'm guessing the management may have gone in and made some fake positive reviews. I moved into Azalea in August into a Studio. IT IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED! There are so many bugs. SO MANY! Inside and out (I'm supposedly paying for pest control as well). My friends call my house the "bug graveyard" because of all of the bugs we have had to kill in the apartment. And the are not cute bugs. They're full on roaches. COCKROACHES! On top of that, they use awful third party vendors. All of the painted walls are chalky (cheap paint jobs) and the painters got paint stuck into the carpet, so I moved in with paint splotches all over the place. I told management, and they had a different carpet cleaner vendor come, but they did an awful job and I still have paint. The only plus side of living here is that it is 5 minutes from my work, besides that it is all around terrible. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Current resident. Very unhappy. Constantly coming into apartment for “quality checks”. Minimal privacy. Ridiculous expectations. Apparently my bike isn’t allowed on my balcony or anywhere else. But they don’t provide bike racks anywhere. Maintenance is a joke. Been waiting on them to replace my microwave for a month now. Other maintenance requests take just as long. Front office staff are unbelievably rude always. Have to get visitor passes for people over after midnight....but office closes at 6. So unexpected visitors will find themselves towed. Gym only open during their business hours—so don’t expect being able to work out in the evening. Gate is poorly designed and causes so many pile ups. Management doesn’t care about concerns. I’m over it. So ready for my move out date...
Absolutely Wonderful group of staff members to be associated with. They are all great, but I have to give a special shout-out to the Beautiful Glowin (her name says it ALL). Appreciate You guys, and loving the apartment. Thanks again.
I would never recommend this property. I learned a leasing specialist forged my signature on a document and one of the managesr simply seem to disregard it. There is a terrible roach problem and the staff is extremely rude and have no regard for their residents. I am breaking my lease and moving on.
Yes, I personally found a dead body at the pool of azalea park. And the management team, instead of being apologetic and helpful were rude and defensive to me when I called to ask about so called security and why they hadn't discovered this man before I did. This is by far the worst place to live the management team is comparable to a bunch of monkeys who can't do anything efficiently or even respond to an emergency. This is the cherry on top of a cake of problems I've had here. Will never live at a GSC complex again and am terminating my lease asap.
If I could give this complex a double zero, I most definitely would. The maintenance staff is virtually nonexistent. Pest control is a fantasy and the leasing office staff is the most unprofessional that I have ever seen, all lead by the most despicable property manager in the world, by the name of Debbie. This place is infested with everything from roaches, bedbugs, stray animals and anything else you can name. Please don't be fooled by its Sandy Spring location. This place is horrendous and not worth the exorbitant rental prices.
I moved here thinking the price was good for the area, but you get what you pay for. My first big problem was with roaches and it took months for the issue to get solved. Maintenance takes forever to come and fix any issues, and no one works on the weekends. The gate is ALWAYS broken, and even when it's not, people drive in behind other cars. I've even seen someone enter through the exit gate. On foot, people will jump the fence or slip through the gate by the trash compactor. It isn't a safe place to live and I can't wait for my lease to end. Do not move here.
THE WORST PLACE YOU CAN RENT FROM. i have 5mo left on my lease I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE. The complex is VERY UNSAFE, every month they have a note on the door saying someone has been mugged or robbed. Over the weekend someone tried to break into my apartment, and management and the corporate office does not want to replace my door or locks and is saying that she doesn't feel like someone could get in. I feel very unsafe. Please for your safety DO NOT MOVE HERE. ALL THE COMMENTS about roaches and the break ins or TRUE. PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. For starters, the gate never works. Ever. There have been 2 shootings on the property that have happened in the last 6 months since I moved in. There are always notes left on our doors about robberies that take place as people walk through the apartment complex. Maintenence takes months to respond to requests, if they ever respond. The leasing office never answers the phone even if they are just sitting around doing nothing. Pest control does nothing to control the ridiculous amount of roaches that these apartments are infested with. I have had to buy so many traps and sprays with my own money to finally get the problem under control. The leasing office does not work with you if there is a problem, they are looking to get money and dont care about the residents. Do not move here if you care at all about your safety.
I want to say good things. i do. Ok, there's a lock on the door. That works pretty good. hmm. Oh yeah and the water gets really hot in the shower...... That's about it. If you decide to live on the bottom floor, use earplugs when you sleep. The ceiling creaks and cracks when the neighbors upstairs tiptoe across the floor. And if anything breaks that maintenance does not consider an issue, it may take weeks for it to get fixed(if you call and remind them). So yeah. Look elsewhere.
Quiet Place to live Management is attentive to maintenance needs
I really like the model apartment that was shown me. I only hope and pray that my final apartment that I am rented is as great as the model. The staff was exceptional and I do like the homeliness about Azalea. I have given up all my search and made my mind to go with you guys. I sincerely hope I am not disappointed by my final move date. Today I went to pay my rent and I must say Good Job! The gate system has been changed and working, My A/C recently went out and was fixed the same day it stopped working! Security at the gate. I appreciate the effort of making the community better.
I have found the office staff to be very helpful and the property to be pleasant looking. It is a peaceful place to live. The environment is fantastic because of the diversity of families and single people living there.
The management at Azalea Park apartments is poor at best. They act in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner to their renters. They are punitive in their responses to request for service and assistance and derogatory in their demeanor and actions. To be very blunt the ONLY thing of quality about this complex is the location. The turnover of personnel in the management/leasing office adds to an air and attitude of incompetence and inefficiency. I would not recommend my worst enemy to have to endure the despicable attitudes at Azalea Park.
The manager (Eboni) and her assistant are super rude, impolite, and careless about renters. Guarantee a super bad time if you want to live there
