Property Ratings at Azali at 7510
New buildings but already falling apart. Maintenance works well but the office and corporate just want your money. They email you about food trucks and "fun friday" every other day, but more important information about being fined for leaving trash out, and forms that need to get signed they stick in your door (which fly away from the wind) and then you have to pay and they have no sympathy. Sad, they didn't seem to want to help instead they just say sorry instead of trying to help or solve problems. Also important information should go in mailboxes or emailed and it never is.
Be sure you have a walk through with signed documents and lots of photos before move in, during move in and when you hand keys over at move out. Otherwise, this management company will charge you for pre-existing and non-existing issues. Not only did they keep my son’s deposit, but they also denied ever receiving deposit even though he had the receipt to prove it from his bank and they charged him almost $500 after we moved him out and cleaned his apartment, including the blinds and baseboards. At the time he turned in his keys, he requested a walk through and the manager on duty said it was not necessary. He had no idea his trustworthiness would come back to cost him.
Upscale apartment with nice amenities and pool! All the staff were super friendly and patient with me throughout the whole process before I moved in. I love how pet friendly this place is bc all other apartments were super strict.
the amenities at azali are top of the line. everyone loves the pool, which is great(sometimes really busy), but the gym is my favorite!! it has a stair-stepper, free weights, and a smiths machine, which is everything I want for a good workout. also free coffee in the clubhouse every day :D my unit is super nice and I have a great view of the pool, I love the way it looks first thing in the morning and at night with all the lights on. I recommend living here!!
Great and quiet location since it’s off the main road but still close to the hospital I work at off of Rod field. Business center is open 24/7 which is very convenient for people who work late. Friendly staff.
I recommend Azali apartments and I'm happy I decided to lease here! I read some other reviews and yes there is construction, but this was no secret. You can see there are still buildings going up, but at the same time, everything is brand new! The gym is super nice and the pool is like something in a resort hotel. I plan on releasing here when my year is up!!

I moved into my apartment after moving from Michigan a few weeks ago and so far I've been really impressed with this complex. Although some of the buildings are still under construction, the amenities have opened up and I actually use them, unlike some of my old apartments. The pool is so beautiful and its open late, so I've been able to grill and hang out with my friends until it gets dark. The gym has equipment for people who really work out, so I use it everyday without feeling the need to buy another gym membership. I recommend living here.. it has made my move to corpus Christi worth it.
I love my apartment and the pool is seriously amazing, it is like I'm on vacation every day! Although there is still construction going on, all of the amenities are open and the apartment staff are always super friendly!! highly recommend
Contrary to the biased negative reviews, I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Azali. In response to some of the other reviews, yes, there is construction and some noise and dust, but that is the nature of living in a community that is still being constructed. Anyone that chooses to reside in a complex under construction should know those drawbacks are to be expected. I really don't think the construction has been disruptive and I WFH. In my opinion, Corpus is a dusty city. Dust on the cars is not just from construction, it's part of the area we live in. One reserved parking space (that is covered!) is extremely generous as not all apartments offer even one reserved space- certainly not complementary with your lease like Azali does! In addition, apartment living in general can be noisy, I don't think the apartment walls are any more or less thick than any other apartment that is known to man. The pictures of the "green" pool are back from when the pool was under construction, since open, the pool has never been green or gross. There are people constantly cleaning the pool multiple times a week. It is very well maintained. The management team is wonderful. They have always accommodated us in a timely manner when issues arouse. Our original unit was not going to be completed in time for our move-in date, and the management swiftly and graciously placed us into a different unit. I also believe the management is swift to address issues within the community. It is a shame that some residence do not respect the property or its rules, but management has been cracking down on enforcing them. As a whole, living at Azali has been a great experience. We love using the amenities such as the pool, the business center, and the gym. The units themselves are gorgeous. Beautiful finishes, impressive amount of space in the kitchen- including cabinets. They really did it right with the planning. Truthfully my only complaint, if you can call it that, about the term "luxury" living is that there are some "sloppy" finishes in our unit. You can tell the project was rushed to complete the unit. Calking in the bathroom and uneven painting in some spots on the wall around door frames and windows. When we pointed out the unfinished issues, a contractor was sent to our unit to fix them. Overall great experience here!
No security patrol while the gates stay wide opened at night which raise a security concern . The late night / early morning noise disturbances is unbearable . Residents have been complaining but leasing office has yet to take actions.
You can tell the construction has been rushed as the quality is poor. I can hear everything going on above me, next to me and below me. When you’re walking to your unit you can smell weed all over the place especially later in the evening. Extremely disappointed and cannot wait until my lease is up. I would save your money and time and go somewhere else.
Was disappointed because me and my husband were very excited to reserve an apartment here, but they kept pushing the move-in date further and further. We know there’s construction, but they shouldn’t be giving people false advertisement. Then, we got to look in person and felt rushed by the manager and wasn’t shown the gym or anything even though it was done. We said we couldn’t wait that long because we would be homeless because our lease ended before their apartment would be available and they said they’d put us in another apartment complex (sister property) until ours was ready which is such an inconvenience to move twice. Then, they’re saying it takes up to 30 days to receive a deposit in check form even though they take your money ASAP online. Then, when you go online some apartments will say they’re available on certain dates and they’re not.

Told me that they will have the apartment ready by September and then now not until mid November. I signed up for a specific floor and already gave app fee and stuff and they told me last minute that it’s not ready till November and gave me a different floor when I asked 3 months ahead to be sure it’ll be ready. They do not want to return the money you put down even though they did not follow through on what was signed up for. I know they might be delayed with covid and stuff but I already moved my moved in date months late but it’s still not ready.
