Moving here is a waste of your money and time. Very rude management very, dirty complex. You bring anything to their attention and they make it seem like a problem. I brought the bug infestation to their problem and they said it was my fault, knowing there’s reviews here on the website Regarding the bug infestation problem. I brought the mold in the apartment to their attention due to fruits and vegetables in fruit bin for less than a week before their rock solid. I’ve had Maintenance men tell me there are other maintenance men on Coke that the property manager is aware that she does not care as long as they get their job done, Another maintenance man had gotten arrested for rape. I’ve had my car broken into there is no gates in the apartment complex and have not been working in more than seven years is what I have heard from my next-door neighbors. No working cameras. A random man came to my door delivering a paper from office regarding not wanting to resign a lease, I went up discussing why possibly maybe in search to get a two bedroom in which they responded simply with “ I don’t have to give you a reason” Crossed her arms and was super sassy and I was like dang OK so maintenance have had many altercations with me due to their disrespect in the way that they approach during conversations. Just altogether very frustrating to deal with.

While Azul is proud to offer pest control services, residents are encouraged to store food properly and keep apartments clean from crumbs and spills that may attract bugs into our buildings. Security is a top priority at Azul, which is why we are happy to share that the access gate has been repaired and will be operational again as of this Friday. The staff member who delivered the paper was indeed part of our team, and we apologize if this caused any confusion. Please note that under your lease agreement, management reserves the right to non-renew a lease for reasons including but not limited to, recurring late rental payments, excessive noise, destruction of property, or any other violations.
Maintenance takes months to respond to issues. Homeless people wander this apartment complex at night. Tonight I saw a homeless guy wandering the complex just looking around at people’s apartments. They finally fixed the pot holes but not well. It took months of people’s cars including mine getting damaged. Amenities suck. Manager Edith has the worst attitude towards residents. Nobody is happy here. It’s a truly sad community.

I have lived at the Azul Apartments for 2 months. Let me preface this by saying I expressed all of the concerns outlined below to the management staff and nothing has changed. I read the reviews on this site, as well as other sites and noticed the management staff habitually responded to all negative feedback with “this should be brought to us directly” and “we truly believe our motto LIVE WELL. LOVE YOUR HOME.” I took my concerns to management and got a canned response about the policies outlined in the rental agreement. Here we go... 1. DECEPTIVE.The photos on this site, as well as others extremely deceiving. If anyone is looking to move here I URGE you to have a look at the unit you are signing for - NOT THE MODEL. The model is significantly nicer the unit I currently live in, and it is the same exact layout. Laundry units are on the outside patio, not inside the unit as the photos suggest. 2. SAFETY ISSUES. The moment I pulled up to my unit, there were 3 homeless people sitting on the steps of my apartment. I gave it the benefit of the doubt thinking this must be a rarity. Unfortunately, I was wrong. Since moving in 2 months ago I have seen dozens of homeless people wondering the complex as well as a prostitute soliciting “work.” I have reported this occurrences to the security patrol and have seen no changes. 3. My apartment smelled funky when I moved in. A friend of mine in the Pest Control industry informed me the smell was the result of my apartment being “bombed” for roach and pest extermination. 3 of the 5 neighbors I’ve met told me they frequently see roaches in their apartments. In my building alone 2 APARTMENTS HAVE BEEN EVACUATED IN THE PAST WEEK DUE TO ROACH INFESTATION. That is not a joke. It seems some areas of the complex are better kept, so I requested a move expressing the above concerns and management told I couldn’t relocate for 6 months, and there would be an additional fee... additional fee for safety and cleanliness. This is the most expensive apartment I have lived in, and without a doubt the dirtiest (bugs) and least safe of them all.
The new owners have done a nice job on the renovations, but they are asking too much for rent. The walls are too thin. You can hear your neighbors just talking on the phone. There are too many homeless around the area and you can see them going through the trash on the property early in the morning or late at night. In some areas of the property, you can smell urine in the air and the dumpsters are always over flowing with trash.

Mission Shadows Apartments are nice. The floor plans are spacious. There is minimal natural light. However, there are washer and dryer hookups in the closer on the patios. There are also community laundry facilities, swimming pools and an exercise room. I do not recommend using community areas, they are not well kept. One would not get the impression of pride when looking from the outside. If you prefer to be left alone and be in a convenient location Mission Shadows is an option for you. The cost balances the less than ideal qualities of the property.
Nice locations, close to schools,shopping,restaurant also on bus line and light rail.
Great rent. $550 prr month for a newly remodeled 1 bedroom. Al new black appliances and new kitchen which i love spacious walk in closet.horrible pool always dirty ! 24hr maintenance which is great! Next door to Albertsons very convenien walk. Overall very good apartment for under 600 !
Maintenance is keep up as soon as there is a problem.that is if you ever have a problem.they keep all property looking good.
