I cannot stress how glad I am to be out of this place. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT move here. Incredibly incompetent and unhelpful staff, shady maintenance guys, the list goes on. The walls are paper thin and my car got broken into TWICE. I have no idea how they maintain business. You will regret moving here. Pass. Wish I could give this place negative stars.
Whatever you do, do not move into these apartments. They are rude and the staff will hang up on you. Even management (Mary and Connie) is rude and rent goes up even after being there for years, they do not care about their tenants. I have had incidents where I get charged late fees because I do not know my balance, reason being the bill you get in the mail is not always accurate and will charge you late fees even when it was them in the wrong, they are never in the office, they never answer the phones and when you try to reason with them, like I said they will just hang up on you. I have had summers with out a/c for weeks, they walk into your apt whenever they feel like it. They refused to change my old carpet even after being there for years but are quick to change carpet for an apt that has been leased for 6 months. You can never get a hold of them unless they are making profit/commission off of you moving in. They also over charge for water and if there was a leak or anything they do not care, they will still over charge you. Worst place to live ever! I regret ever staying there. i was literally living a nightmare. Cars are always being broke into even though its a "gated community," their gates are always broken, pools always dirty, they clean the stairs, etc maybe every 6-8 months. It's dirty. They just do not care about anyone or anything, save yourself from this stressful environment. I wish I could give it negative zero stars because this place is just ridiculously horrific. They never do what they say they are going to do and I've been reaching out to their corporation and they don't even answer. All MG Properties are terrible places to live. Save yourself the headache. ps...they write their own good reviews. What a joke.
I just wanted to say every time I come to the leasing office I'm always greeted with a big smile. Alexis has always been very helpful and her customer service is excellent she is the sweetest young lady I have met. Never has she ever had attitude she has the nicest way of saying things. All the staff here is helpful too and I love living here I'v been here 6 years every time I have an issue maintenance will always respond quick and take care of the problem I love it! so to end this review I want to give them 5 stars for being great!
I am tired of getting letters on my door about the parking and poop. The tenants throw trash area a complete mess and don’t even bother to clean up after their dogs, it’s disgusting. Cameras should be installed at every trash area so the people that leave it a mess can be held accountable. Parking passes are no longer needed, not that they ever enforced only tenants could use covered parking. The walls are paper thin and the office staff can be rude at times depending on whose helping you. The units are nice and spacious but when your neighbors are trifling it’s not worth the price.
AC units always breaking, management nicke and dimes everything, kids and people who dont stay in apartment is always breaking into pool and hoildays pool is lock/close because they cant keep people out. Do a walk thru before you lease from these guys to make sure apartment is up to standards. This place is a rip off and not worth the money they charge for this place. Becareful!!!!!
Azure Villas have been our home for the last 6 months. I was very skeptical to rent there at the beginning, because I read a couple of bad reviews online. I visited the office where the friendly staff and the amazing floor plans made me move last summer. I am a single mom, and my daughters and I love it. Lots of storage space, modern features, spacious rooms and bathrooms..You won't regret to call this place home specially during the summer days in Vegas when the very well maintained pools are nothing but an Oasis! Your fury family is also welcome and there is a playground for your kids. I need to mention that they have an excellent maintenance crew that together with the friendly office staff will make everything very easy for you to fall in love with this place. I called twice to fix a couple of things and they are incredibly quick to respond. The property is totally remodeled! Great place to plan your next family reunion,birthday party or baby shower. They are a little bit pricey but not too much, if you compare the market these days. Besides it is totally worth it. I hope I can help other families to find this gemstone they could call home!
Worst apartments I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. The apartment itself wasn't bad it worked for us but the girl who runs the front office is absolutely one of ththe rudest people I have ever met. Any time I came in to discuss any issues such as all the neighbors smoking weed while I carried my 2 year old upstairs, or the trash all over by the pool, or people smoking hookah at the pool she was nothing but rude to us. It was that way until the end. I would never return here & the area has really gone downhill doors getting kicked in cars getting broken into it's crazy. & the management doesn't do much about it except find ways to try to scam you when you don't renew your lease. KEEP ALL YOUR PAPERWORK!

At first my experience was okay, Oscar showed me the model it was nice and he was always kind, and everything ran smoothly when I was dealing with him. Then my day comes to move in. It started off a mess because Oscar wasn't there and the lady I dealt with couldn't find the keys and didn't know how to access my lease. Next it was time to do the walk through and the apartment is in no way close to the condition of the model. The microwave was cracked, the tub was stained, the walls were peeling, the stove was dirty, my dad even had to screw in the light bulbs in the bathroom for the lights to come on. After I saw the condition there was no way I was going to move in. I went back and told the leasing agent I was dealing with said that she would let the maintenance supervisor know and that they would get back to me. I had a bad feeling but the maintenance supervisor called me and was very apologetic. He said he was training a new staff and that there was a new cleaning company and that the apartment were not up to their standards. He went through a list of things he would be fixing which included some things I didn't even complain about so I agreed to see the apartment the next day at 4 pm and if it looked good I would still move in. Today I went in to see it and before I got to see it the manager informed me that they had miscalculated the rent and I owed them an additional $50 she also told me that since I didn't move in when I was supposed to that they would be recalculating my rent rate and that my rent would go up. At that point I was over it, I asked why my rent would go up when it wasn't my fault I couldn't move in. She said the apartment was still habitable and I could've still moved in. I asked her if she would've moved into an apartment that looked like this, and she said that no apartment is 100% perfect. I saw I wasn't going to get anywhere and not only were they not accommodating but they were asking for more money for something that wasn't my fault. It just seemed that they did not care at all and if this is how they are now imagine how they will be after I already signed the lease and I'm stuck. I did speak to the general manager later on and she said they could honor the price but there was just too much errors and no one on the staff besides Oscar seemed to know what they were doing or to even care. Just save yourself the headache and find an apartment with a more competent and organized staff.

I've lived here for almost a year now. The apartments themselves are nice. I love the floor plan. But the appliances are always breaking. And you're lucky if you get someone to come fix them! When we first moved in, we made a list of all the things that were broken/damaged or just general maintenance things. We submitted individual work orders to the maintenance staff. Almost a year later, a lot of them have still not been attended to. I still have no screens in my windows, or stove still only works occasionally. And the only after an argument with the management because it is a SAFTY ISSUE, did we get a lock put on our screen door. The rent is always changing dramatically with no actual explanation. I would definitely not recommend this appartment complex
Even with new management don't let this place deceive you. It looks nice and there are amenities all around but there are also a lot of police here everyday and the admin people at the office can be rude. They nickel and dime people when and where they can, but the gym equipment is always broken and is definitely not up to date. The pool is always closed and the kids and teens run wild here. I don't feel safe living here. I'll be glad to end my lease in a few months.
These apartment complex just changed managements. The manager in the leasing office is professional. The leasing agents are very delightful and has warm welcome attitude for the tenants and new residence. They are informative on things that you need to be aware of. These apartments are family oriented because if you want to have a gathering there are benches, tables and grills and a pool. Check it out
The apartment complex is beautiful. When first moving in they are very helpful. The way you can decorate, the floor plans, and the peaceful neighborhood. My main concern is the fact that it has taken a while to fix what the previous tenants did. When it has occurred what we have done it is fixed immediately. Overall one of my best moves and i recommend it to others intending to move into a modern neighborhood.
