I love my apartment and the amenities I am getting for the rent that I pay. However, I do wish the hallways were cleaner, and I do wish certain things weren't always failing, such as the elevator. To add on top of that, security issues have made me wary of the area around us. But again, I do like the building itself as a whole.

I love the location and amenities of the community, and the staff has been very helpful and responsive.

Nice complex and built well. I would recommend but my main frustration were the lack of other residents lack of respect for the facility and other residents.

Everything about this apartment was wonderful, the only reason I didn't sign there was honestly because of the construction happening next door and the fact my balcony would be facing it and the noise; otherwise, amazing apartment with great amenities!

I would recommend this apartment because the application process went really smoothly. Tracey is the best! Parking is not a struggle at all, I love that I have a washer and dryer in my unit, and the unit itself is beautiful. One thing that makes me hesitate to recommend is that, while for the most part the community is quiet and respectful, it sounds like someone has started going out on his balcony at 2:00am on the weekends to talk really loudly on the phone, and then about half an hour later he goes down to the pool with friends and they continue to be really loud.

My only issue is that the attempt to secure the building, the complex has only created a hassle for the residents by requiring a keyfob to go up and down the elevator. I can understand this during the weekday when most residents are at work, but after 5 or 6 pm and on the weekends, is ridiculous, in my opinion.

Great and safe place to live. Guest parking is a bit limited.

The staff is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and efficient.
