The beachfront town of Encinitas is located about 25 miles north of San Diego between Carlsbad and Solana Beach. Encinitas is home to Moonlight State Beach, a popular destination for beachcombers and surfers year-round; Swami's, a surfing destination mentioned in the Beachboys classic, Surfin' USA and considered one of the best surfing destinations in the world; and Grandview Surf Beach, known for its surfing break. Other beaches include Seaside State Beach and San Elijo State Beach, a beach with campsites. Property Ratings at Azure Point at Encinitas
Management is HORRIBLE, Corporate doesn't care. Had no hot water until 02/22, no heater have cardboard over a hole in my wall. Black mold in bathroom. Constant plumbing issues. Car vandalized 2 times, and apartment entered with Master key 2 times. 1st time door left opened, 2nd time somebody left my freezer door completely open, went through my closet and medicine cabinet. Management does absolutely nothing, and maintenance does what they can but are not licensed. It has been a horrible experience from day 1would not recommend to my worst enemy!!!!!
