Property Ratings at Azure Urban Living
Awful place to live. I’m typing this at 10 on a sunday when there is yet another pool party. Management does not care the security number the gave us to call never comes. Nevermind that some of us have to actually work. They let in the worst caliber people who blast music at all hours and throw there trash absolutely everywhere. They do not care about their responsible tenants. All they care about is getting crappy new people over here and making money. Complained about the pool noise more times than I can count and nothing is ever done. As someone who borders the pool it’s absolute garbage. I wake up to beer bottles and cigarettes on my patio if I ever am able to sleep. No rules are enforced just a free for all. AWFUL

This used to be a great place to live but not anymore, I will be moving as fast as I can when my lease is up. There is noise 24/7 from people just loitering all over and blasting music. The pool is a 24/7 party, I can’t even relax in my own house. Every screaming and drinking and throwing trash on the patio, it’s a nightmare I don’t feel comfortable here anymore. They now charge guest EIGHT DOLLARS a day to park, so I can never have anyone visit anymore. It’s insanity. People leave their dogs running all over the complex with no leash and my child is highly allergic. My car has been broken into. It’s just bad all around now. I can’t wait to leave. What a nightmare.
Frank in the leasing office was amazing at getting me moved into an apartment on my very tight timeline; and in having maintenance address minor issues quickly and around my schedule.
Horrible! Bugs galore! People’s dogs poop everywhere. They care about selling you parking passes but not taking care of the residents or property. Most importantly you can’t even have guests anymore unless they pay 75 dollar for a guest pass?! Not friendly for guests at all. Unfriendly staff. These apartments went downhill with new management unfortunately.
I went to go visit the property. Trust, I was very disappointed with the apartment. Please go look and make sure it will be the apartment that you will qualify for. Staff is nice, Property is nice as well. The one bedroom is very very small. Just make sure you check everything thing that's on your checklists in order for you to be satisfied.
this apartment complex is disgusting and it is really sad they they are even still allowed to be in business. I have had an extreme roach problem for almost 5 months and the only thing that has been done is multiple fumigation treatments. The old office manager basically didn't do anything, and when the new one came in she promised four treatments but they only did two. When I tried to call and confirm the last one, they never answer their phone or apparently check their voicemail. Im going to have to hire a lawyer to get this handled so PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. It is built horribly and not safe. There are police/ambulance at least once a week. It always smells like weed. The gate was designed by an idiot. Just do not even waste your time here. The only good thing about this apartment is the atheistically pleasing pool but the ground is all raised??? People will obviously walking bare foot around so make the ground a little more bare feet friendly. Its like they didn't even think designing this place. I promise it is not worth the money. The roaches are a bad problem. I have heard from previous residents the same thing.
They have really updated the apartments, but there is still a ways to go. The new apartments look really nice- hardwood floors, updated fixures, modern styled- they are what sold the place for me. However, after living here for 9 months, I'm seeing the need for more improvements if they want to keep raising the rent like they are. The landscaping is horrible- trash everywhere, dirt (mud when it rains) covers most of the property, and the parking lot is not kept up. The maintenance crew is nice and I always see them working, but I think they are understaffed because there seems to be so much that is neglected. The new gym is tiny and cramped if you have more than 2 people in there, it also has all window walls, which makes it hot because of the sun beating down, as well as everyone gets to stare at you working out as the enter the complex. This apartment was great when their prices were lower, but now that they are increasing the rent, I can't justify staying here.
This apartment community is getting better since new management took over in May. They are updating the apartments. So far the new office staff has been nice. I've only had 1 maintenance issue and they fixed it the next day. Overall I would recommend these apartments.
"The Addison" or when i lived there it was known as "Trinity Oaks" just because they changed the name diidnt mean they changed the complex up. It was definitely not worth as much as i paid for, i kept getting other people's mail and never my own (the complex always got mail mixed up) the pool was very dirty year round no one would swim in it. And lastly The office is nice to you at first then when you start to live there after a while they arent so nice. i once saw the landlord light his cigarette and through it onto the ground of his own property. The whole complex is run down the ground is sqeaky the carpet hasnt been replaced in years (i heard) and the insects on your walls and living area. just not a place i would want to live at so i advise you not to as well
This residency is really starting to progress into a more welcoming environment. When I first moved here there were a lot of maintenance and building issues that remained untouched. Luckily, A few months ago a new management company came in and really saved these apartments from destruction. There have been so many improvements including resurfacing of the buildings, new windows, updated parking, and beautiful scenery. At first I could not wait to move from these apartments but now I think I'm willing to stay!
