Originally developed to appeal to people driving down Wilshire Boulevard, Miracle Mile is a vibrant community brimming with retail offerings. Despite its design for automotive traffic, Miracle Mile accommodates pedestrians as well with paved sidewalks and wide walkways.
In addition to an array of apartments available for rent, Miracle Mile is home to exciting districts like Museum Row and Museum Square. Renting an apartment in Miracle Mile affords residents quick access to the cultural attractions in Museum Row as well as the restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment venues that populate Museum Square. The La Brea Tar Pits and Museum, Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and Petersen Automotive Museum are all part of Museum Row.

Property Ratings at Babylon Apartments
Lived in this building for 3 years and it was great - well maintained, conveniently located, and secure. The on-site property manager Rania is wonderful, as is Carlos and the rest of the maintenance team. On the rare occasion I had an issue, the team was quick to respond - even showing up after hours as needed. Tenants seem to stay a while, and it’s no surprise. I had some excellent neighbors while living there and the building feels much more homey and well-run than other buildings in the area. The neighborhood is generally quiet and walkable to fun things like Target, SusieCakes, a yoga spot, & an amazing salon (Halls of Ivy) - but it’s L.A. so stay alert. The building amenities are nice - the gym is cozy and isn’t usually very busy which makes for relaxing workouts - and the private rooftop is such a nice area to chill out and get some sunshine, with lovely views of the the Hollywood sign and DTLA.
I currently live in this building and absolutely love it! The area is fantastic—peaceful, yet close enough to everything you need, like Ralphs, Target, Trader Joe's, and The Grove. The building is professionally managed, with staff who are always easy to reach and incredibly responsive. Maintenance issues are handled promptly and efficiently, ensuring a comfortable living experience for all residents. With amenities like AC, covered parking, a gym, and roof access, I highly recommend this place!
Rania the building manager is so kind, efficient and friendly, she answers the phone no matter what time or day. No matter what happens the maintenance team is quick to help and resolve any issues that might come up, replacing and fixing with the best quality all the time. The neighbors are so kind and the building is close to anything, and in a good, relatively safe area. Moving to Babylon apartments was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
Great location but the building has not been maintained and management has gone down hill significantly over the years. The rain of the past few years has led to insane mold growth that they refuse to fix -- residents have gotten sick. There are cracks in the exterior literally all over the building letting water in. The water sprinklers have straight up ruined some units. The noise from LaBrea can be unbearable depending on which side of the building you're on. The walls are SUPER thin, homeless people have been using the gym and the property manager is just related to HPG's CEO but doesn't really do much. There are better buildings in the neighborhood, bc the price definitely isn't worth it.
Th resident manager resolves problem in a very unprofessional way. Someone stole my car in the parking garage but she refused to help. She even charged a fee for another garage key. Don’t ever try to live here. Go somewhere else. Anywhere is better than here.
I lived at this apartment building for over 10 years. Management is excellent and very quick to respond, the area is wonderful with walking distance to so many great places and the building is very cost effective for the area. Highly recommend!
I lived there for a little over 3 years in a one-bedroom and it was really great the entire time. The building is really clean and is in a perfect location close to multiple coffee shops, food, grocery stores and other shops with tree lined streets. Included parking, gym and laundry on each floor is convenient.
We have lived here for over 5 years. The location is great, management is responsive and property is clean and well maintained.
I love where I live. It's in the middle of LA and has access to all the freeways.
