The apartment community is well-kept and quiet. The unit we rented was modern and clean. But after moving, we received a rent refund check from the property management company which bounced when we deposited it to our bank.

Staff is caring and professional. Buildings, landscaping, and common areas are always clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are tended to quickly and maintenance staff are all wonderful. Very happy living here & just renewed our lease.

DO NOT RENT HERE! Aesthetically it may look pleasing, but they will charge you for everything they can. Terrible organization, mass email inconsistencies, and now owned by GOLDMAN SACHS... like they need my $400 dollars. My roommate and I are OCD clean individuals and they still slapped us with $400 move out fee for cleaning. We spent 6 hours three days prior to moving DEEP cleaning. The entire residence.. it was spotless. No way in hell it cost them $400 to scrub for an hour. EXTREMELY hard to get ahold of, staff is quite clueless, and they close the pool/hottub/rec area when employees arent there... aka anytime after 6pm... Bye bye Failey Barms

The team here is unsure why you were unable to use the amenities after office hours, we have always kept them accessible until 10 pm with Key FOB, and we wish we could have helped you with that at the time of your residency. Do not rent here.... Unless you are comfortable with paying absurd move out fees. Good luck getting in touch with the leasing office as they do not call you back. When asking in person they pass the buck. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom view apt was "in pristine condition" according to the maintence gentleman that did our final walk thru. He was "thrilled to finally see a unit with no work to be done". We hired somebody to make sure it was cleaned and perfect just to prevent this sort of thing, touched up the walls where we hung pictures etc. Yet we are being billed $700.00 for all sorts of charges that Bailey Farm seems to think needs fixing. This place is all about taking your money. It's a gorgeous property but that's where it ends. If only they would answer their phone.... Sigh... Oh and it's fascinating that they send you a bill several weeks after you move out and attach an interest fee to it also since all of a sudden on day 1 of receiving the bill it's past due. We are asking Brandon the manager and Andy the accounts payable person for a detailed bill..... No response.

Bailey farm apartments are the most amazing apartments with gorgeous views and amazing amenities. Everyone there is like family and the apartments are only 3 years old. It used to be a farm and it has that nice nature feel. Not only that, but the apartment truly feels like home. I love that I can leave all my windows open and not smell smoke because it's a non smoking community and it is just a wonderful place to come home to. It truly is a one stop place with the fitness center, walking paths, and clubhouse.

We've lived at Bailey farms for over a year and we love it! The staff is extremely prompt in addressing any issues or concerns. The inside and outside are well maintained and always look amazing. The only criticisms I have are the lick of parking and no play area for kids. North Creek park is close by and it's amazing so I assume that's the reason. But seriously if you have two cars it's very challenging to find a spot.

The apartments at this complex are wonderful. The location is great with the Mill Creek Towncenter and all it's restaurants and entertainment just a short drive away. The shared spaces include a wonderful pool, fire pits, workout facility and more that all look out over a wetland that is just a short walk away. An apartment has never felt this much like home.
