I promise you, there isn't enough time in the day to talk about how bad this apartment complex is. From terrible staff, to limited maintenance that have limited knowledge, to the lack of available parking, to all of the messed up things in the unit. If you want a good place to live, this isn't it.

My experience has been very poor so far and is likely not going to improve. Insisted on me signing the lease without seeing the apartment (they showed me their “model”) which is partly my fault. Don’t rent unless you do a physical walkthrough yourself. The AC has not worked since moving in and they still have not fixed it and it’s been over a month. UPDATE: They "fixed" the AC but temp in the apartment doesn't drop below 75-77 (see below). Stove didn’t work (they fixed it though) and the place was filthy when I moved in and had to clean everything several times to get rid of the grime. My advice is to look elsewhere. I wish there was a legal way to break my lease. UPDATE: During the afternoon evening the temp in the apartment will be between 75-77 even with the ac on full blast (at night it will go down to about 72-74). Asked to have the issue fixed and was told that there was nothing wrong with the ac. Got a portable ac unit in order to be able to sleep. Also parking can be a real pain here (but that's not a huge deal compared to all the other problems).

This property is not what they make it out to be people the office staff are horrible the apartments are full of roaches maintenance team sucks there’s always issues with heaters or ac hot water issues worst place to live
