If you prefer an urban setting (one where you can walk across the street for your morning coffee or to join your friends in the evening at a sports bar), then Woodmont Triangle might be the ideal neighborhood for you. Situated directly north of Downtown Bethesda, the trendy shops and restaurants continue into the area, which is framed by the triangular-shaped intersection of Old Georgetown Road and Wisconsin Avenue.
Often called the Triangle, this neighborhood hosts some of Bethesda’s most popular festivals and events, including Taste of Bethesda. It is also home to some of the city’s best restaurants, such as Black’s Bar & Kitchen, Kadhai Indian Restaurant, Lilit Café, and Gringos & Mariachis. The small Veterans Park provides a fountain, outdoor seating, and a couple of shade trees. From your new apartment in Woodmont Triangle, you can easily reach the Bethesda Central Farm Market, NIH, and Bethesda Station for commutes to DC.

Property Ratings at Bainbridge Bethesda
1.5* This is by far one of the most deceiving apartments I've ever lived in. Things are always broken or take a band-aid approach. The internet for the community amenities are always off. The management intentionally turn it off to keep people from using the conference/business rooms, the bistro lounge, and the party room. The internet was only only available for 3 of the 18 months that I lived in this building. They would cut the cable and internet to deter people for using the amenities especially during tours. They renovated only one garage entrance (the touring one) to deceived people into thinking we're a luxury building. The grills are poorly taken care of. Most of the times, they don't work, out of propane, or just broken. Everything is done as poor as possible. They even outsourced the package pick-up/drop off and bill the tenants for the service. They had random people come into the building day and night to drop packages off without checking or clearing them. This place is great if you are only using your apartment. But you can also find a nice apartment with no amenities and spend less.
The building is clean, the apartments are spacious and nice and the neighborhood is safe. The water being shut off has nothing to do with the building; it is the community works that shuts off the water and this affects tenants in 7700 and surrounding buildings also.

Hi Dear Resident, Thank you for your kind words. Our goal will always be to provide the best experience and we love knowing yours was no different. Please let us know what we can do for you in the future. Warm Regards.
I moved in about a year ago and everything was great. The leasing office and front desk staff were amazing. However, recently the building has come under new management and things have gone downhill quickly. Many of the front desk staff have left as well as the majority of the leasing office. The leasing office fails to honor written agreements with tenants. The “secure” garage is often left completely open for anyone to enter. The water is either boiling hot or extremely cold. When you take a shower you never know if you will have warm water or not. They have repeatedly shut the water off to “fix” it but it doesn’t seem to have made any difference. Overall, my experience was great to start with but is terrible now. I would not recommend this building.

Dear Resident, We would like to apologize for your recent experience. We are sorry to hear you were less than satisficed with the service. In order to learn more about what happened we would appreciate if you reached out to us at your earliest convenience. Kindest regards, Bainbridge Bethesda Managment
Bainbridge has been an excellent place to live! We have a large dog and they are extremely dog friendly -free treats, water bowls in the lobby, free poop bag rolls and free bags outside. Our dog loves living here! In terms of the apartment, it's clean - quiet - and high end. The appliances work well, the fridge has an ice/water dispenser which is a huge plus! We never hear our neighbors either (and I am extremely sensitive to neighbor noise). My biggest fear with moving back into an apartment was hearing my neighbors, and I can truly say they are never heard. It's super impressive! Parking garage is easy to maneuver, spots are always available, and my car has been safe and undamaged in the garage. Would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a nice, high end, quiet apartment in downtown Bethesda. Bainbridge offers the best deals and best prices for a higher end apartment in the area. I never leave reviews, but wanted to help those on the hunt. Check out Bainbridge Bethesda, it's worth your time!

BainBridge Bethesda is one of the many new high rise apartments that are popping up in this area of Bethesda. However, what separates BB from the rest is the staff and amenities. BB boasts a luxurious, albeit 3 feet rooftop pool, a fully operating gym complete with free weights and your standard machines (treadmill, elliptical, and stationary bike), and a posh business center. At this point it may sound like I am an employee of BB, but not at all, I just know style when I see it and BB embodies all of those qualities. Now onto the staff who are by far the most genuine and caring staff at an apartment complex that I have met. They truly take the time to know all the residents by name. Anytime I have a problem, no matter how small I can always go to the concierge desk and get the problem resolved. They go above and beyond to resolve resident problems and work tirelessly to create a amiable environment. Nearly every month BB hosts social events to encourage the residents to get to meet one another. Needless to say, I love living at Bainbridge Bethesda and I know after reading this review you will love it too.
Bainbridge Bethesda is a luxury building among the booming growth in the downtown area. Although Bethesda Ave is the shiny new side of Bethesda with top restuarants, the Woodmont Triangle area offers a bit of the small business- feel and charm that Bethesda used to have. Conviniently located near the bustling Bethesda Ave, the Bethesda Metro and NIH it is a perfect location! The building boasts amentieis including a pool, gym and of course, covered parking (for a hefty price!). Due to construction and the local bar across the street, it is not the quietest living environment but there is plenty to do and lots of stuff going on!
