I love this apartment! All the amenities are amazing and I use them frequently. The management team has always been very helpful anytime I have needed anything. Service/maintenance team has always completed any issues within the next day.
Love it here :) Great communication from the staff about updates within the community, always have activities for the renters, and quick response times from maintenance.
The fireplace is not working and nobody is not fixing it for a long time. I would love to see the common areas in better shape. It would be great if the blinds in the yoga room in the gym can be fixed. We need to feel a harmony… especially in the yoga room ( the one with the mirrors). Happy New Year and Thank you!

Great community, lots of beautiful amenities. The pool is heated and there is a hammock as well that is relaxing, but still have a lot repairs to make after the last hurricane.

Just moved here and find this as a great condominium with really nice amenities and good management, very communicative and respectful personal. Just as a comment I would improve the package room process maybe more organized.

Maintenance is good inside the apartments. Response time on work prders between 24 to 48 hrs. Landacaping off my lanai needs attention. We could use roving security.

Place is in bad care, dirty, gym in bad condition and hurricane related repairs are taking way too long. Nothing from the hurricane has been repaired at this point.

Apartment and location is great. The pool is amazing. However, my apartment has had issue after issue with the utilities in unit. They get fixed, it’s just extremely inconvenient. I’ve only been here for about 4 months.

I have lived at the Ensley for over 4 years. The staff at the Ensley is always responsive and helpful. Overall, my only complaint living here is that in recent years, the other residents tend to be noisy and don't always follow the community guidelines, but that's to be expected in apartment living.
The property is beautiful and staff has been super kind and helpful. After touring several properties in the area, I couldn’t be happier that I chose The Ensley.

Hard to reach front desk at times; constantly sent to voicemail. Paying for gate that is still not in use. Also paying for trash pick up with an unsure schedule
Living in this complex is a unique experience, everything in order and clean, very quiet and comfortable. I recommend it 100% the organization within the department is not a problem there is enough space for everything.

I can't say enough good things about living at The Ensley! From the moment I moved in, I've felt right at home. The amenities here are top-notch, but what really sets this place apart is the complimentary drinks. Whether you're in the mood for a morning coffee or a refreshing beverage, they've got it covered.

Love living here, my happy place , staff is very professional and kind, Michelle is allways helping everyone, living here is a blessing . The pool, the gym, love the amenities and feel safe and very clean.
Nice apartments. I love the pool, but the gym could be a bit bigger. The dog park also should be bigger and be cleaned up. A bit on the pricier side for the size of the apartment, but that’s just how Sarasota is.

Beautiful pool, amazing maintenance and helpful kind office staff, perfect location. Would like more community events than food trucks and much better enforcement of policies. Parking is a nightly issue (not enough spaces for buildings)

overall, it’s been great. The only issues I’ve had is been with maintenance. my air-conditioning wasn’t cooling the house. It took over a month for them to fix it.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped. I love walking around looking at all of the flowering plants.. Kept very nice and clean. I absolutely love it here! I just moved here from fort Myers about 3 months ago and the front staff has been amazing and accommodating . The amenities have been amazing. I’d only suggest some resident events (wine pie night, movie night, breakfast bar, pizza, there’s so many ideas online)

What a beautiful place to live. Just off the highway and only a few minutes to some of the nicest beaches in the country. I moved into a nice one bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Have lived at Bainbridge for 2 years, under 3 different management ownership companies. Location-wise, it’s good. Structurally, the buildings have very thin walls, so expect to hear your neighbors. Community amenities, like the pool, look very nice and presentable - but know that they have been overtaken by loud group parties, unattended young kids/adults, and generally disruptive behavior that eliminates their promise of ‘quiet enjoyment.’ If you’re at all near the pool, the sounds will echo throughout the complex. Last night a group of drunk kids were yelling and splashing at 3-4 AM as if it was a weekend at the water park. Under the new management, Greystar, there’s been no major accountability for instances like these and they’ve become more frequent. Other issues like inconsistent trash pickup, unsanitary grounds, maintenance walking into rooms without pre-authorized permission, are all some other things I’d point out to prospective renters. Maybe this is the right place for you, but just be wary of your expectations.
