This complex is worst than ever*
Management does not manage, no enforcement of policies, guidelines or the lease. Complex is neglected and dirty. People fighting each other for the parking, too much vandalism to vehicles. Unauthorized animals and lazy and dirty owners who don't pickup their animal waste poop and urine on walkways and sidewalks. Too many unauthorized dwellers who bring bad and suspicious activities to our community. Winnco was hired by housing to manage this property, the only thing they manage is to pickup the rent money! This place has never been this bad.
