Property Ratings at Baker Lofts
I love living here, rent is very reasonable, they have updated my unit and it is amazing, great walk-in closet space for a efficency. It's walking distance to downtown & also only a 5 min drive to NDSU campus. The management staff is so friendly & I love that the office is so close so I can just have my packages sent there and know they will be safe for when I pick them up.
This apartment is within walking distance to downtown Fargo and I am in a newly renovated unit so it is great!
I have had a great experience with the Luxford staff, Stephanie is amazing at responding quickly and Kylie was great moving me in and doing the inspection! Very happy with my place so far!
Awesome quite place to live at. Awesome maintenance.
Everything is in great conditions here. Staff is amazing and they will help you with whatever you need done.
The day I moved in only 1/3 laundry machines worked. 6 months later they finally decide to do maintenance, for a week, with no prior warning. A week later there is only one laundry and one dryer in there and the dryer doesn't even work. Plus, they are old coin operated machines. I've lost plenty of money to machines not working. Laundry should be included in the building. If you are a student thinking this is an affordable option downtown, think again. Shell out the extra money to live somewhere else and commute. At the end of the month you're going to pay $100 more than what your rent is to account for internet and electricity. So, go live somewhere with better amenities and free laundry.
