Apartment is Grossly Mismanaged - Area is Great

I moved in to the Baker Road Apartments and within 2 days had vulgar and explicit notes on my car allegedly (according to police) left by another resident. When I alerted management to the issue, they made no attempt to investigate or provide more security in the parking lot. I have moved out of the apartment due to disgusting notes, but there was also an ant infestation that was never adequately addressed, the water heater is pathetic and my remote for the gate was not functioning for the first week and a half. A lot these issues could be resolved by a property manager who is organized and takes initiative, but that was not my experience. The area seems great, and I sincerely wish the apartment had worked out.
