South Nashville is a sprawling district covering just over 15 square miles. The community extends from the southern edge of Downtown Nashville to the Nashville Zoo at Grassmere. South Nashville contains an array of diverse, established communities, including Wedgewood-Houston, Woodycrest, Woodbine, Hill-n-Dale, Radnor, Raymond Heights, Patricia Heights, Napier, Glencliff, Glencliff Estates, and Chestnut Hill.
The rental options are just as diverse as the region itself, with plenty of apartments, condos, townhomes, and houses available for rent in every style and budget. Residents often choose this area for its largely affordable rent prices and its central location. Commuting and traveling is simple with access to several major highways and Nashville International Airport.

Property Ratings at Baker Station
Very nice staff but the roaches are unbearable. I’ve had roaches for 8 months now and the mgmt can’t seem to fix the problem.

Everyone in my building and the two buildings next to me had serious roach problems. Office was not responsive.

This apartment is solidly average. I've been here for a month and while the maintenance staff has responded quickly to every issue we've had (particularly when something in our door jammed so I was locked inside), I have heard from other residents horrifying stories of pipes bursting and mildew building up that were not taken care of in any kind of hurry, and the staff being less than accommodating. However, my experience thus far has been pretty good. The rent is reasonable, the location is decently safe, and I would consider living here if you're on a budget.
I really like this apartments. I've been living here for a little over a year. They keep the grounds really clean. One of the best features is their walking closets, they are huge. Office staff is very friendly. Definitely recommend
OMG!!!! Where to begin I moved here Sept 2011 back then it was girl name Pi who was a rental agents she was so nice and down to earth. She just started working there and then I notice she was gone among others agents they cant keep office staff nor maintenance staff. I DO NOT recommend anyone to live here the only reason I stay this long bc of low rent in a decent area. I started out paying 510.00 and then last year they raise it to 555.00 now it is going to 610.00 The property manger is very rude and nasty like everyone says and she is very nosey she always riding around visitor parking to see what girl or boy going to see who and making sure they are not staying of spending the night. Also, I have never live in an place were they don't spray for rodents. This place is full of roaches that fly, gnats, flies..... I also had a problem with my next door neighbor having bed bugs and they came to my apartment I had to throw most of my furniture away. Also, I have heard horror stories from tenants I was acquainted too while moving they try everything to keep your deposit and charge high amount to keep it. That's why when I leave next month I am hiring a local cleaning crew and my uncle is going to fix anything that's broken just for extra precaution that maintenance couldn't fix. Pros: They fix things on time when you ask that's it Cons: rude staff, bugs, every year raising the rent, makes it hard for you to leave to go to another apartment.
Quiet. In a residential area. Many people seem to have pets but we were told we could not.
Location of this place is great. However the management staff should be replaced. They very rarely answer the phones. Maintenance staff of 2 do the best they can for what they are given to work with. I live here and cant even flush my toilet without it backing up. They have recently gone up on there prices. I would not recommend anyone to moving here unless it is just a last option.
Nice Apartments...great area!! Only thing is they have a NO PET policy & im a dog owner...I understand that everyone don't like dogs...so this will b a perfect community for them!!
