Situated in the heart of the Midwest, Fort Wayne is a nearly equal distance from Chicago, Detroit, and Cincinnati. Indiana’s second-largest city, Fort Wayne is a delightful mix of metropolitan amenities and small-town quirks. The cultural scene in Fort Wayne is thriving, with exceptional performances at the Embassy Theatre, extensive exhibits at the Fort Wayne Museum of Art, and the many offerings of the renowned Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo.
Fort Wayne brings the community together for a bevy of special events, including BuskerFest, Johnny Appleseed Festival, and the Three Rivers Festival. Fort Wayne residents also congregate for a variety of athletic events, but especially for Tin Caps home games at Parkview Field.
Ample green space, trails, and parkland provide plenty of opportunities for outdoor recreation in Fort Wayne in addition to the Maumee, Saint Marys, and Saint Joseph Rivers, which all converge in the city.

Property Ratings at Baldwin Creek
Management doesn't care unless it directly impacts their returns at the end of the year. Every building stinks of mold, basements are filthy with remnants of sewage and rats...
Since I have stayed here almost a year, there has been 3 different property managers in and out of office. Everytime a new manager comes there are different outrages rules and changes. Such as new management now wants you to be held accountable if your neighbors has trash in hallway the whole building would be fined. Aslo previous managers allowed pets and now new management says their not allowed. It's truly ridiculous to have to stay somewhere and constantly see rules change every 3-6 months because they cant keep a steady property manager.
This is the worse place to live they never come fix anything there is mold in the apartments which I believe is making my kids sick in the process of getting out of here some of these apartments should be condemned soon as I find somewhere for me and my kids to go I'm calling the health department.PLEASE DON'T MOVE HERE
There’s no “door-to-door” trash service. Mgmnt does NOT live on site. AWFUL at maintaining the property. NOT the best area, though north. The community is known for high levels of crime. There’s been shootings, murder, rape, damage to vehicles, dead mice in hallways, broken doors, stained filthy carpets, no seasonal maintenance with snow plowing/shoveling, you name it! I had a window shot out (while I was gone), it took over 1 month to have repairs done. Had a $500 electric build last January. The heater hardly worked. They refused to assist me in any way. It took 13 months to get someone to come over to fix that! Took them about 8 months to come over to repair/change out sons bedroom light due to bad electrical wiring. Police on the property is a REGULAR thing! Bed bugs, mice, roaches, drug use within the buildings that no one will do anything about. I HATE wanting to live on this side of town but not being able to afford better than THIS!!! My kids don’t deserve this!! There’s NOTHING good about living here, except for being close to my family.
There great appartments to live in....very spaceious app great for single familys. The people in the office work with u to suit your needs to make u confortable
