I have enjoyed my time at Ballpark Heights so far! The staff is friendly and the building stays very clean! I love the gym equipment and how new it all is!
Awesome place to live! I love the boutique feel of the building! The management staff is awesome and the residents are really friendly! Glad we made the move!
Everything has been great so far. Everyone is nice, my move in day was easy and stress free. The building is really nice as well. I can’t hear my neighbors at all which is important to me. Features such as the concrete floor, high ceilings and beautiful appliances seal the deal as well. Also, I appreciate the efforts for events.
The building always looks so nice and clean. The staff and leasing people are so kind and helpful! The amenities are amazing and all the events they host are such a fun time!!
So far I’ve had a great time staying in the ballpark heights building. Staff is super friendly and everything is in great shape! I also really enjoy being close to the stadium and all of the festivities that come with that!
I love living here! I feel a sense of community. Everyone was welcoming towards me. I enjoy the amenities and love the rooftop view. There is a weekly event to socialize.

Today marks 2 weeks since Ive moved in and it has been great so far! The BPH family has showed me nothing but great hospitality and are so friendly! The amenities are great and there are more to come! I love that my unit has so much natural light and it’s quiet so it’s very peaceful even being across from stadium and Ballpark Village. The view are amazing and the aesthetics are what drew me to this place!
