Balsam Place

We have been living here fir 3 years and we love it! Staff is great, neighbors are very nice and the place is beautiful they really keep it clean.

I’ve been here five years, and the best thing that I can say is that this community feels like home. From the management to maintenance, to the people that live here and the quality of my apartment, I have never been more content.

Front Door was not locking properly, the deadbolt was misaligned with the strike plate, Patrick fixed the lock within thirty minutes of submitting maintenance request.

Pleasant community, quickly making new friends. Gym is great , can’t wait until pool opens. Like using the portal and access to maintenance/ help is excellent.

Continue to be very happy with our community, the maintenance of the property and all of the staff who help keep things running so smoothly.

Balsam Place In Tewksbury is a wonderful environment to call home. The staff go above and beyond. The maintenance crew is superb. The pool and grounds are so clean and beautiful.

Just moved into Balsam Place and we definitely made the right choice in moving here! The apartment was super clean when we moved in, had a small issue with our pantry closet and maintenance came within a couple hours of our request to fix it. Staff and residents have been so nice so far and the grounds are so clean and nice.

Amazing place to call home. Ambiance is perfect, people are friendly and maintenance is superb. Office staff are very helpful during the leasing process. Highly recommend.

Property is very well taken care of. Personnel in the office are always interested in speaking with you. Maintenance personnel are wonderful. Respond quickly and fix any problems. The residence are a wonderful group of people. I highly recommend Balsam Place.

I haven’t moved around to much in my lifetime but the process from the initial application to moving in was by far the easiest move I’ve ever had.

Extremely nice, clean and well kept. Maintenance is on top of everything. Always answers service requests within 24 hours sometimes th same day.

Living at Balsam Place feels like living at a resort. Peaceful and relaxing. Apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The maintenance staff, when needed are quick to help and so nice!

It’s without a doubt the best managed development I have ever lived in. The office manager and assistant are always willing to help. Especially with deliveries. The development itself a is always maintained at a high level. Grass and shrubs always maintained at a high level.

Love living here! One of the nicest properties I’ve seen. My favorite part is pulling in at night time and everything is light up especially the fountain. It’s beautiful at night time.

After 5 years here, I can honestly say that the Balsam Place community is a wonderful place to live. It is a neighborhood of friends with excellent maintenance and many "extras". The management truly cares about the facilities and it shows.

Well kept grounds and interior always nice and clean. The onsite staff is very professional and always willing to help. The pool area is alway a pleasant area to spend the day relaxing. But the signature area of Balsam place is the way the grounds are maintained.

I enjoy living here. Maintenance is great and the office is really helpful. I just wish the dog park had routine maintenance and annual maintenance to make it a tad better.

Love it here! Been here for years and plan on staying. Would recommend Balsam Place to others. I love the amenities like the dog washing station and pool and the apartments are beautiful and quiet.

Love everything about Balsam Place with the exception of the Parking. Often get home from work and cannot find a spot near my buildings door. See there are several vehicles without permit stickers in open spots.

Great community! Nice, friendly staff. The pool is very clean, and the grounds are extremely well maintained. Ginsburg also pays close attention to the details here!

I love living here. The grounds are well kept and clean. Building are constantly being cleaned and refreshed. Neighbors are friendly. There are always get togethers in the clubhouse where you can meet all your neighbors.

The staff goes above and beyond for us. The owner takes pride in the appearance of Balsam both inside and out. Most of the residents are respectful and kind to one another. There is no tolerance for upheaval of any kind.

Apt is very clean , modern and peaceful. Lots of storage and well thought out . Very quiet…. The complex is incredible.. amazing landscaping and grounds! Beautiful buildings, pool area, many sitting areas , garden, community common place and gym! I describe it to my friends and family as the most beautiful resort in Massachusetts.

I have been here for 6 years and continue to think this is the most wonderful place to rent. The apartments have all the utilities, there are plenty of amenities including a pool, gym and clubhouse and the grounds and buildings are very well maintained. I've met many great friends here - it's a neighborhood!

Melinda & Sarah were extremely welcoming. The communication has been amazing. They are consistently cheerful and accommodating. Fellow tenants could be more. Mindful of the dumpster area. Dog owners should ALWAYS pick up after their family pet. The buildings are in great shape. Well built and maintained. We are happy to be a part of this friendly and prideful community.

Balsam Place is by far a beautiful community to call home. I have lived here from the beginning and it has overall been a wonderful experience. There are a few things here and there that pop up but are always taken care of to meet one's needs.

I think Balsam Place is one of the nicest complexes in the area. The grounds are kept impeccable, the staff is excellent, and I rarely ever hear any noise in my apartment. I appreciate the upgrade of the fitness facility.

This is going to be our 3rd year here. The apto is great, the location, neighborhood… really everything. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful. Anything you need they will make every effort to do it for you. I definitely recommend this apto complex if you ever intend to live in Tewksbury. We love living here.

Very clean and very quit… I like how the staff keeps you informed of any changes or important notices that come about in the community.The location of this property is ideal for anything that you can possibly think of in terms of restaurants, shopping gas stations and highways

We had an issue at our apartment on a Sunday morning. The staff responded quickly stating they would be over shortly. The fixed the issue in a timely manner and were very professional

I love my apartment, it’s quiet, cozy and plenty of room. I moved in October 2023 and it went smoothly. The building and property are very clean and well maintained. I have met a few people who are very nice and welcoming. Looking forward to meeting more in the future. I feel I made the perfect choice choosing Balsam Place as my home.
