I have lived here for a year and a half now. This has been by far one of my favorite apartment complexes to live in. For me its the friendliness of the staff, the location, and the amentities.
The only gripe I have is that I wish there were more events to bring the community together. Like one or two events a month. I think this will improve the community as a whole

Great place to live! We moved in late September and have loved it so far. Living in the Lofts side gives you high lofted ceilings and great sunlight. The gym is also a great amenity.

Just moved here 2 weeks ago. Management is wonderful and made the whole process so easy. Apartment is spotless clean. Everything feels brand new, I can tell maintenance does a great job. It’s super quiet all the time. I love it here.

I've had a fantastic experience at Bancroft Lofts! The office staff is incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and very responsive to questions or requests. Communication is quick and smooth, making everything easy. The maintenance team, especially Ryan and Jose(sorry if I have mistaken names :) ), are excellent – they’re always friendly and efficient and complete any work in no time. It’s such a relief knowing maintenance is so reliable! The common areas here are also a huge perk – the gym and pool are lovely and well-kept. Plus, the apartments themselves are modern and stylish. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great living experience!

Love the industrial vibe and design, management is always very responsive and quick to help with any issues! The high ceilings and big windows is my favorite part, I looked at a lot of apartments before moving in and I have no regrets. For the price and in comparison to other similar apartments, it’s unique, clean, and safe. I love it!

LOVE IT HERE! We just moved in and it is such a nice community. Move in was a little difficult with only one loading doc and only one rolling dolly for the building, but besides that we love it so far.

So far, Bancroft Lofts is great. They clearly care about running a good operation, and (as it should be, given the rent) have plenty of nice amenities. I find the architecture and preservation of history make it a fun place to be. It would be great if coffee were available 24/7 instead of just when the leasing office is open.

I enjoy living at Bancroft. I’ve been here for a little over 4 years now. The staff are really nice and attentive, and they keep relatively good care of the building. The only complaint I have is that some of the residents allow their dogs to pee or poop in common areas and don’t clean it up.

You have been here from the beginning :) The whole Bancroft team really takes pride in the community, and we are grateful for our residents. It is unfortunate that there are a few situations with pet waste. We have added about 5 dog bag refuse stations around the community to help with collecting for those times people ran out of or forgot their bags. I love the peace and quiet in my apartment. The balcony provides a great spot to have morning coffee and grow vegetables in containers . Our management is friendly and helpful if there is ever a question or concern. I appreciate that they organize social events for tenants. It makes you feel valued as a resident of this complex. Facilities such as the gym and pool are clean and well maintained. Overall it Has been a really positive experience living here!

Everyone has been great! If anything needs repair it is done timely. The only struggle is parking, there isn’t enough of it which can be an inconvenience.

Truly the best place in Framingham to live. The gym, laundry in unit, and clubhouse room make the cost more than worthwhile. The parking is also far cheaper than anywhere else I have lived.

We are very happy with our apartment at Bancroft Lofts! We are on our third year and love the natural setting of Farm Pond, the parks nearby, the amenities (pool, gym, BBQ and more), the activities our staff puts together, the community and the maintenance. In the apartment itself what we love the most is the huge windows! It could be even better if cleaning of common areas would happen more often to maintain its upscale feel!

Beautiful apartment with great windows. The train is very loud and at night it is difficult to sleep. Parking for guests is more difficult and limited than it should be.

Nice apartment with a convenient location close to the commuter rail station and the city. Professional management team and friendly maintenance service team. I have enjoyed living here for almost 3 years now, and love the farm pond and park area next to the apartment.
