When my apartment was flooded by a faulty apartment water heater it destroyed much of my family's stuff and made a mold smell that made my family very sick. The apartment wouldn't have flooded as badly had their maintenance known what they were doing. It took them almost 5 hours to stop the flooding. They had to keep calling back up from other properties to try to figure out how to shut off the flooding. I asked to be moved to another apartment they said they had none. I then asked to be let out of my lease and they wouldn't let me do that. I had to leave for my family's sake and they listed me as an eviction and put me into collections. I don't know how they expected us to live in a place that was literally making us sick. Rent here at your own risk.

Absolutely horrible. The complex itself is well maintained and quiet. The apartments are comfortable and spacious. They are in need of updating, but the price reflects the inside so no complaints there! Management, however, is an absolute joke. Melissa did horrible job communicating with her team which lead to dismissive and rude encounters with her and some staff members. Will was about the only helpful member of staff. Phone calls were often ignored and when they were received, they didn’t have straight answers. We often never heard back from them on missed calls/voicemails we left and if we did, it was usually several weeks later. For several months we were hit with random late fees due to their poor payments systems (we were on auto pay and paid on time) and when we addressed it they dragged their feet in resolving the issue and generally stated “there was nothing else we could do and we have already let you slide on it numerous times so you just need to pay it”. The level of incompetence they displayed on a daily basis was baffling. Working with them was an extremely frustrating experience and not worth the hassle. Maintenance crew, however was phenomenal! Matthew and his team responded quickly and efficiently. They were about the only good experience coming out of this!

Tried to tour this apartment on three separate occasion. DONT BOOK ON THEIR WEBSITE, It is down and they don't have access to apartment tour request. The third and final time the "property manager" called to book apartment tour for today Monday the 16th at @5:45. On arrival the hours are posted on the entrance and they close at 5:30. Luckily my boyfriend and I arrived early. We spoke with lady to let her know we were here for an apartment tour and she told us to wait a second. She then after 5min proceed to let us know that they did didn't have any tours available and didnt know when they would have a tour available. Was the property manager anywhere to be found, no. In fact the property manager wasn't going to be in till Tuesday the 17th. If this is how management treats prospect tenants like this I can only imagine how they treat they their existing tenants. If I were you I wouldn't waste my time looking at this apartment complex

We were thrilled with this property for about a year, but have had nothing but trouble since. There have been 3 different entire maintenance teams come and go. The office has a new person every few months. We had a massive water leak that took a full 9 months to fix. Now they have slapped a coat of paint on all of the mold rather than fixing all of the water damage. I wish I could share pictures to show how bad it is. This property has a ton of potential, but its being run into the ground. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

The maintenance crew at this property is phenomenal. They complete orders within 1 day. The maintenance staff is very polite and knowledgeable about issues around the apartment.

I have been here 3 years now I feel safe and I like the area, a new manager has taken over now and I must say very nice and easy going.. As far as maintenance goes I've seen a few different ones but We have Derrick and he is excellent I can tell him what I need and he is on it right away he has told management a few times and was here to take care of what ever I needed done.. On July 4th we lost our air and i call the maintenance line he responded stating he was 30 mints out, I adv we can wait til the next day we would be ok till he gets here but he came right away and got my air running I didn't want to bother his holiday but he made mines.. I’ve lived here over 5 years and I have followed the rules always. Now I get a letter saying “I’m out of compliance” because they can’t keep their paperwork straight. Use to love living here. Just rude!
These apartments are horrible if you have issues the apartments wont fix it and they don't come for days and they could care less. I wish I never signed a lease the apartments stink all the time from people smoking weed and it comes through the walls the maintenance men are always drunk or high the manger is a horrible person and corporate is even more a joke. The manager and the maintenance guy sleep together in the model home so don't touch anything in it. She needs to be fired and they need to fire corporate people as well and start over on this place to make it better the apartment its self isn't nice at all the don't clean it or fix anything before you move in the paint over it and then when you move out it will be your fault.
I couldn't be more happy with an apartment community! Neighbors are friendly and courteous. The CARES team go above and beyond! There is a lovely dog park. The maintenance team is there in your time of need lickety split. The office staff, Manager Robin and leasing agent, Leah, are the highlight of my day when I stop by the office to check for mail or packages. Thank you Bandera Ranch Management and staff!!!
I have lived here for one year and have signed a lease for another year. The only downside is I can't sign a longer lease! The apartments are spacious and well maintained. Maintenance is very prompt, knowledgeable, and always happy to help. The entire staff at Bandera Ranch is AMAZING! I cant stress that enough! They are friendly and very welcoming. The Cares Team has fun events going on all the time and you have a real sense of community here. They make you feel like you are part of a family. The pool area is very nice and also well maintained. It looks like a resort! I am truly lucky and blessed to live here. They honestly don't have apartments available very often because it is so great. If you see an opening, grab it! You will love it here!

This is by far one of the nicest apts I've lived at. Very clean and management is very nice.
I love living at Bandera Ranch! The whole apartment layout is so nice and spacious, Especially being so close to the high way ! I get right to work with no delays beautiful fun activities, quite neighborhood with great neighbors . The only down fall would be the staff.. they do not like to be bothered and take time to get back to you. over all my family and i love it !
