I would recommended anyone here building is clean apartment adequate

It's accessible 2 everything, nice area, friendly n safe clean place.

It’s very safe and secure for a women alone. I love my apartment.

I feel very safe here.... most people are friendly You have a few trouble makers but will find that any where you go

Rent increases are high the last 2 years. SS increases do not keep up with the rent increase

Would like more cleaning of common areas especially the workout room.

It's a great place to live. I liked living there. Rent just got too high.

Maintenance issues are taken very seriously and are always addressed and fixed promptly. Unlike some apartment complexes where you have to wait weeks to have things repaired.

I would recommend this community, since we got a new manager, things have got alot better, more quieter, a few more things to be handled, but the new manager, I believe is best for the community.

I am handicapped and all of the Banyan personnel go out of their way to be extra helpful. This is why I love this place.

The office staff and maintenance are outstanding. However, there is a small group of "mean girls" who gossip and attempt to pry into everyone's personal business and generally make life miserable. Unfortunately, in a community of this type, this group will always exist. If you can avoid them, life is great. Also, the surrounding community is rife with drugs and the less desirable elements of society. The building security is great but the rents should be more moderate to reflect this reality. The recent 10% rent increase is excessive and burdensome.

I feel safe living here and I have had no problems. I don't involve my self in the gossip people like to share. That just starts things that is not true.

I always recommended this complex to everyone I talked with until my rent went up 62.00 per mo. (I dont think they would like that part) because with the few imperfections it has, i still think Banyan is the best one around.

This is the only community I have lived in where you don't have to wait at least a week to have your problem addressed.

The seven has nothing to do with office staff, the building or the rent. Some of the residents that live here make it a nightmare.

except for the gossipers is is very quiet and peaceful.wish there were more handicap facilities more auto doors lift for pool entrance and exits closer to apts,very hard to walk that far to main door, screamed in porches, to protect from animals and bugs

All in all, you could not ask for or expect a more enjoyable living experience than what one has at Banyan.

This is elderly over55housing but we have many amenities, hairdresser, gym, pool, theater all in one building. I have been here for 5 years. The staff who manage this building go out of their way to meet our needs. We have ice maker in the freezers, dishwashers, garbage disposal, all included don't have to pay for water, trash removal, or bug control. It is a comfortable for the older people. Community support is good monthly birthday parties.
