Worst ever Assisted Living Apartments for Elderly
The staff is very rude, on separate occasions I've had to go down there in reference to my love one, they don't like to listen to the residents. I've tried over the years to comply and it seems like it's getting worse. The staff changes out every 6 months.

Baptist Gardens, Atlanta GA
My experience not good. My Apartment compromised many times. Loss many items & reported to Management same. My Apartment Flooded 2 Occasions. My Rug, Air Vents Never Cleaned in 5 years. Big turnover in Tenants and Management. Nice Looking Building. Grounds always kept very, very well. Has ONLY 1 Bedroom Apartments. Rent well over 50? of my income. Received 1 Multiple Rent Increase in 1 year. Security issues. Locked out over 12 Hours. Called - But no one came to Open Door. Slept in Community Room upright in Chair over night. (Now a $50 fee implemented for Lockouts.) Very Anxious to Relocate. Tenants Fearful here. Some sleep on Floor during July 4th as daily Guns go off at Night. We had 1 Tenant Blinded here by Gun Fired. Bad Neighborhood. Many things happen here that Tenants & Potential Tenants should be aware of. I honestly would give BGardens 1 Star for Living Here. 4 Stars for Nice Building and Grounds.
