This property has left units on site without power for over a week. Tenants paying the expensive rental rates aren't even guaranteed access to consistent power. If you lose power because the property neglected to inspect their own facilities , they will do nothing for you. You will be left to your own devices. The property needs to explain immediately how they allowed paying renters to go without power or air conditioning for the better part of a week, practiced severe neglect , facilutated tenet's food spoiling due to lack of power and endergerened the lives of tenets by leaving them to manage in an inhospitable unit and refusing to place them in another during a national heatwave. The property has offered no solution other than a "wait and see" approach and has provided no update, support, or even amenities to alleviate being left without power or air conditioning in a heatwave. You may as well be paying to live on the street.
Worst place I have EVER lived. Unresponsive management, roach infestations, and when I moved in they had painted over the roaches and left urine on the toilet seats. My water ran black for two months and no one did anything. I also had a major leak for six months that no one would address, causing me thousands in water bill fees - which they will not reimburse or even respond to my emails. The trash is always overflowing, the nearby Air Force base is extremely loud (including daily 8am wake up calls that are very disruptive), and the walls are so thin that you can practically hear your neighbors breathing. There was also mold, broken doors, and holes in the walls. Do NOT move here!
I moved from out of state and relied only on the photos they had. First off, no real wood floors, these are wood vinyl stickers on hard concrete. Second, BUGS everywhere. I've seen earwigs, roaches, centipedes, (even tiny lizards), rolly pollies, giant ants, silverfish and boxelder bugs. I've never seen so many bugs in my entire life than I've seen the past few months living here. I'm done with this place, I'm going to move out soon. The kitchen is awful, the drawers don't open property and there are like hundred layers of paint on the wall in bathrooms and kitchen. The only redeeming factor is that there is space, but after killing thousands of bugs, I just want to move.

Where do I start? This place has had multiple managers in just the last couple of years and it’s all the same. The latest property manager, First Communities, is just as bad if not worse than the previous management. They took over in May and I have been waiting on work orders ever sense. The first month in they had different leasing consultant in the office every other day. The original manager that came in in May is already gone. I’m not sure what happened to her but now there’s a new manager in her place. If you have any type of maintenance orders needed you have to start over with them again every week and they act like they have amnesia. They spent a lot of time grooming the outside of the apartments. This includes: painting the buildings constantly, planting new flowers, and taking windows and patios out. The inside of the apartments however, are not paid attention to. There are cracks in the walls, mold and leaks from the ceiling, roaches running rampant, and broken appliances from sinks to stoves. In addition to all of this, about twice a month they turn the water off without notice and when you call to ask what is going on they tell you that there is a major leak. That’s very concerning that we’re having weeks that we have to have the water turned off multiple times a month. What that tells me is that these apartments do not need renovating they need to be torn down and rebuilt completely and stop having Band-Aids put on problems that need deep and permanent solutions. They’re charging way too much money for these apartments my advice to you is look anywhere else but this.

I do not live here but had the “pleasure” of meeting the property manager along with my friend who currently stays at this complex. The property manager was extremely unprofessional and rude towards both of us, and I’m a guest! This was my first encounter with this woman but she showed nothing but attitude towards us and ignored the issue at hand. I would NOT recommend this place!
I have never been so digusted with living somewhere!! I moved here from out of state I didn’t get to see my apt til after I signed the lease, the day I moved in which was a Saturday we noticed ROACHES well by this time the office was closed, it’s a major infestation that has never been addressed, marijuana smell in the breezeway,people beating on the walls and playing loud music at 3-4 o’clock in the morning, trash left in front of my door from other tenants,kids running and yelling in the breezeway, never any parking due to other tenants having a lot of company, maintenance still haven’t fixed things we called about months ago, the dumpster in the front of the complex is always overflowing with trash and furniture ... When we call the office they never pick up.. I can’t wait to move away from here.. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one ..

Do NOT move here! First of all there is alot of crime in this area. Management is rude and unprofessional. They once lost my money order and tried to make it seem like I didn't pay my rent. There was a homeless man sleeping in front of my front door once!!! They are cheap but you get what you pay for. THEE WORST!
The name of the apartment is marquis view and it is the worst place to live in. The outside of the building looks old and the inside is infected with roaches. The reason I am leaving there is because I had to get a apartment fast and they didn't let me see the inside until I had signed the lease.
