Maintenance Needed
I have lived here 5 years. Maintenance has always been slow but since the new owners have taken over its appalling. The hot water in my shower hasn't worked consistently in two weeks. They have someone look at it, give a quick fix and say the whole thing needs replaced but it never happens.
